We bought our puppy at 8 weeks, but could not take possession until 12 weeks. We were promised photos showing "Donnie" and updates on him, and never got any. When he finally arrived, he appeared drugged and had problems walking. Since arriving he is suffering from Anxiety issues. This puppy had no advance training preparing him for his future. We bought another puppy from a different company, and that dog was well trained and no problems to adjusting to a new environment. I have considered returning this puppy, but to do so will damage him further. We are going to try helping him with a trainer this week.

This is our second puppy we have purchased from PuppySpot. Our first a German Shepherd in 2018 went very well. This time not so much. Our first puppy took 1 week to deliver. Our second puppy a Great Dane took nearly 1 month. In that month the price of other puppies in the same litter dropped in price as the dogs were getting older. However I paid a higher price for a younger dog that I could not have. This time they also shipped at a very inflated price a puppy pack. Its a great idea with a dog bed, toys, some feeding bowels and a few other things. None of the items included were appropriate for a Great Dane puppy. The bed, feeding dishes and most of the toys were too small for a Great Dane and I needed to throw pretty much everything out. I am not sure if we would purchase another dog from puppy spot after this experience.

You didn't send the dog we ordered. You sent the wrong dog. But he's wonderful, even though he's an imposter!

Puppyspot was very responsive when searching for a puppy. Unfortunately, we had a miscommunication during the travel when I was called indicating that my pup had been exposed to Parvo. After a couple of days of worry, we came to realize that it was the incorrect truck and my puppy had not been exposed. Then my puppy had a medical finding in which one of his testicles had not descended yet the puppy health form said they had both descended. The responsiveness from puppy spot when issues would arise was not as great as when I was searching for the puppy. I just recommend the company to increase their responsiveness when issues arise.

Your app does not work well. Plus difficult to get a hold of people.

I wanted a goldendudle. Not sure what I got instead. Love my puppy regardless. Arrived on time and he is heathy. I would not use again puppy spot again however and this is why : The information on the parents is difficult to get. I when I got it it is inaccurate. Mom is golden retriever true but dad is not a puddle. I had a puddle for a long time. Dad is a mix for sure looking at the picture provided. People on the phone are very polite but have 0 information available for them. They are located in Philippines and alll over the world and have no idea of dogs and what the sell. I would use a breeder next time. Not puppy spot! Expensive. Quality so so. Information on the parent inaccurate. Finally I got a cute mix dog ....mostly golden retriever instead of goldendudle. Definitely not 50 golden 50% puddle. My puppy has possibly 10 to 25% puddle at the most. Will do genetic test to know for sure. Find a good breeder Not puppy spot !

Puppy spot was true to their word about the whole process, communication with puppy manager was excellent, and puppy arrived on time, delivery person was very friendly. My complaint is I don’t think they screen their breeders as well as they say they do. I purchased a German Shepherd from them and this pup clearly had not been socialized well if at all with people. When pup arrived she was very afraid to come out of crate, nearly 3 weeks later and it’s still an issue. It was clear pup was also accustomed to going pee and potty in her crate, it is a lot of work but we have managed to get her on a schedule with crate training, not interested in people pleasing or being around people, just very weird for the breed she is, i can only conclude poor breeding. When dealing with puppy spot, its a hit or miss so be careful, $4000 is a lot to spend on a pup with such a poorly bred temperament. My advise, go with a breeder you can communicate with and actually spend time with the pup before purchase.
