Our puppy arrived in terrible condition. Smelling like urine and needing to be groomed. He is frightened of everyone and unapproachable by us. He runs from any human touch. He actually HOWLED when I tried to put a leash to walk him on.

bought the first Great Dane from puppyspot and she is and came to me perfect. Bought the 2nd one for $3800, and she has been nothing but a disaster. She was pickup and she was so scared and timid that she was pulled out of the crate. She bit me and it was an awful experience. Took her out to use the restroom and she pulled the leash out of my hand because she was so scared and she ran off. Been missing for 1 week and 2 days. We have now called in a recovery team that isn't cheap to trap. I honestly feel as if this puppy was abused and treated badly by her actions. I bought her at 6 months old and she lived crated. This place should not have sold her. I am VERY upset that I've lost $3800 Letisha Horky

My puppy was diagnosed with Parvo virus a week after delivery. The emergency vet said according to time line, got sick from the transport vehicle. Please let other dog owners know a dog in the van got Parvo. I also want to know if anybody else reported this. She also had caked on poop stuck to her bottom and smelled like poop and perfume… And the drivers were sure to point out that they get a bonus if I give a good review. Didn’t appreciate that. And now just read a few other reviews and have to agree with the poor communication with rude texts. I asked how long my puppy would be in transit before I got her. The answer was less than 24 hours. Pretty hard to drive from Indiana to California in that amount of time. They would not give me information about the breeder when I asked where she was coming from. I was told by puppy spot I would get that information in the packet of vaccines. Found that odd. The whole process was pretty sketchy and I am embarrassed to tell my friends who shamed me for buying a dog on line. Would never use a random website to get a dog again. My bad in that, but thought the process could be trusted. I was wrong. Now my dog is suffering and so am I.

Haven’t even received our puppy yet and already very concerned. Cannot get staff to actually speak to us on the phone but get rude/condescending texts demanding we confirm travel plans when the pickup address makes no sense. We need more information other than Puppyspot saying, “we’ve confirmed the address”. Get out a mapping program and compare the address to a satellite photo..there is no Burger King at the address provided! Also they say they’re can be reached 8AM to midnight but I’m trying to get through at 7:05 pm and no one is picking up. Very unimpressed…here’s your opportunity to provide exemplary customer service if you’re serious about it…

The entire experience with PuppySpot was great!! They kept in touch the entire experience. Delivery of my puppy went very smooth as well, kept up to date on arrival time. I highly recommend PuppySpot if you are looking for a puppy!!! 5 stars!!!

I am very disappointed… my puppy arrived scratching both ears terrible to the pint of whimpering. Shaking her head frequently. She smelled of urine and fur matted and in need of a bath. She is also underweight at only 6#. I didn’t receive any detailed instructions from breeder as I was told I would get. Assuming the small ziplock bag of food is Purina proplan as a folder w her vaccinations said Purina proplan on it I have emailed breeder about her ears and haven’t gotten a response yet. I received my puppy late Friday and since I can’t get an appointment w the vet. I have to take her to urgent care which is the last thing I want to do w a puppy not fully vaccinated

My new puppy has a genetic disease and I am getting very little assistance SO after talking to Lindsey today and she implied i am lying twice. I am done with this company. I will take the financial loss than continue to deal with a company that has no respect for me as a customer or a human being Seriously Heather, i just followed up with the ER and vet and they just received a request for the documents 4 minutes ago. Why are they playing all these games. I am not here for you to make miserable, i understand you are not in or available today. But i would recommend you follow up with me. Lindsay said you didn't want to speak to me, i am not sure how to take this
