Excellent from start to finish
Excellent from start to finish. They were wonderful in communication and keeping us in the loop with the our dog’s delivery schedule. Richard and Ryan were amazing drivers and were so nice. They ran into an issue with the truck and handled with professionalism and overcame it without an hitch! Richard and Ryan were very prompt with the schedule and arrived exactly when they said. I would highly recommend to use Puppy Spot and Premier Pet Transportation! We are in love with our new chocolate lab and couldn’t be happier!

Great experience!
Great experience! We just brought home the newest member of our family, our golden retriever pup, on 1/1. The communication from PuppySpot from the time we inquired through his pick-up was fantastic. The day of pick-up, there was a slight delay, but our transport folks, Nathan and Clinton, were wonderful! We could tell they had taken great care of the pups despite a small hiccup in the ride. Our pup has been settling in wonderfully over his first few days with us, and we are so happy to have him in our lives thanks to PuppySpot!

Our puppy was delivered with no issues
Our puppy was delivered with no issues. There was constant communication. She even smelled great with the long travel. Beau and Gary explained all the paperwork to me and even provided a small bag of food that she’s been eating. She was very calm and relaxed when we received her. She’s absolutely precious!

I was very impressed with this service
I was very impressed with this service. I remember when my parents had their labs shipped via airplane, and the flight was delayed. The dogs were covered in their own filth. Nathan and Clinton kept me up to date on my dog’s arrival and my lab was clean, smelling great, and he was extremely comfortable for the car ride home. My next dog will go Premier for sure.

Chuck texted to say he was an hour…
Chuck texted to say he was an hour early! When I went to pick up Jaxon from Chuck and Skyler, he was clean and brushed. His nervousness disappeared within minutes. I liked the fact that my ID was checked before giving me the puppy. Food was provided and I had water. It has been a wonderful experience considering my apprehension. Would recommend as a preferred transport for a puppy. Jaxon is home and after playing for an hour, he is fast asleep. Overall, it was a wonderful experience for Jaxon and myself!

Drivers: Richard and Ryan
Received the number to contact drivers which made meeting them very convenient. They let me know the time and location, very punctual, super friendly and professional, received all the paperwork, puppy food, etc.
