The moment I saw our little Maltese on PuppySpot, I knew he was the one. I had been looking for months for the right puppy for my granddaughter and I. Needless to say we both were so excited and we love him more as each day passes! The whole process/experience with PuppySpot was amazing! I went from being very fearful of purchasing a puppy using PuppySpot to realizing that PuppySpot is one of the safer, if not the safest way to purchase a healthy purebred puppy. The folks at PuppySpot act as a mediator between the customers and the breeders so everyone stays safe and protected. Breeders are inspected and must meet all of PuppySpot's requirements in order to be accepted and allowed to sell their puppies on the PuppySpot website. I believe reviews (reevaluations) of the breeders is conducted once a year once a breeder has been accepted by PuppySpot. Breeders do not want their precious babies going out to buyers who will not properly love and care for them as they have! Breeders count on PuppySpot to help match up and screen new adopting pet parents and also to handle the financial details, legal parts of the business transaction, and what all is expected of the buyer and what you must agreed to. You can ask all the questions you want to, no problem! PuppySpot even handles the meetup arrangements, some of the traveling details, and communications between breeders and buyers! They explained everything to me.

Puppy selection and purchase smooth with good online response to all puestions and suggestions provided as well. Our puppy's delivery was delayed several weeks due to not achieving the minimum weight necessary for travel. During the delay communication was excellent and delivery was as promised, on time with papers provided and puppy in excellent shape. Only concern was in responses sometimes the left hand didn't know what the right had was doing but that was minor at best.
