The entire process was seamless. We ordered a 7-week old Cavapoo. The breeder was in Indiana. We're in Virginia. I was told it would be 2 weeks for delivery as the puppy had to be prepped. So we pulled the trigger. We were kept in the loop, and updated, every step of the way. We were also sent information & pictures on the parents, and extra pics & video of the pup while waiting. Even the delivery drivers were very professional, yet personable. We received a healthy Cavapoo with paperwork, medical records, and travel documents. He is adjusting very well. I couldn't have ask for a better puppy.

Puppyspot kept me informed and was always just a phone call away to answer my questions.

PuppySpot was right on the money with their experience and knowledge. BUT it was the breeder that kind of messed up and delivered my precious 6 month old puppy that had not be groomed, nails long, and had infected ears. He looked like a street dog and I loved him and took him that way but had to take him to the vet for the ears, $146 which PuppySpot refunded me. So, good experience with them.

Everything happened exactly as they said it would.

PuppySpot kept me informed through out the process to make the transition to new puppyhood as easy as possible. I got my girl with no problems at all.
