Working with puppy spot is overall…
Working with puppy spot is overall wonderful. Our cavapoo is fantastic and adorable and everything with her came exactly as promised. The only difficulty we encountered was in her delivery. The delivery people did not seem to understand that 40 miles in different metro areas are not the same as in suburban or rural areas. Also there needs to me much clearer information on the pickup location at the airports. La Guardia you do not pick up the puppies at the baggage claim but rather the cargo area and I was running around like crazy trying to figure out where to get her and I could have parked right next to the pick up area. I wasn’t alone with the difficulties with pick up communications from Puppy Spot. This needs to be addressed for LGA pick ups
