Absolutely exceptional service!!!
This is my second time adopting from PuppySpot 15 years ago. The experience was even better than the last time and even then it was exceptional. The updates keeping me abreast of the process were wonderful. The free first exam with Banfield was also a wonderful addition to the process!!! The concierge was on time and very professional! I received my Phineas Invictus just as he was depicted in the photo… My puppy is wonderful!!! His vet check up was awesome!!! No medical issues whatsoever. He does have allergies but so did his predecessor. No worries. He is so stinking smart. I’ve only had him a week, the potty training is going great, he’s figured out how to get out of his playpen (lol money wasted) and he loves wearing his pajamas!!! Once again, I received excellent service and an excellent a son!!! Thank you so much for the opportunity to once again share in the adoption experience!!
