Our puppy is absolutely perfect! The process was easy, and we loved that she arrived already microchipped. The only minor concerns were the very early 4am delivery…on a weekday, no less—which felt a bit extreme given the delivery fee. A later time window would have been appreciated. Also, it would have been helpful to know her current weight before arrival; at under 2 lbs, she was smaller than expected (though we adore her!). We just weren’t prepared with a collar that tiny. That said, she arrived happy, healthy, and clearly well cared for. The delivery team was friendly, and it was sweet to know she had some puppy travel companions on her journey from Missouri to Ohio! We recommend PuppySpot!

They did allow me an extra week to receive my puppy which was good. However, I wasn't informed as well as I should have been about the delivery of him. When inquiring they didn't have the correct date of delivery on your site and the breeder called me, not knowing that I had gotten him the day before. He was well cared for and is a darling. Not that I need it but I also did not receive my carrying case.

The overall experience was good. The big area I had an issue with was transportation. I had purchased a pup from you 14 years ago and it was air freighted to me in Alaska with no issues. However, this time I was informed you do not ship to Alaska, yet you advertise on MSN you are looking for Alaskans to adopt your puppies. The actual delivery of the pup to Seattle-Tacoma Int was great and the transporter was outstanding. The problem was I had to spend an extra $2,100 beyond the price of the pup and transportation fees to go pick her up. The other issue I had was the breeder had two other identical looking pups (Same litter) however they were charging $1200 more than Sophie's price and I could not get an answer as to why. Is there something wrong with Sophie? (She is great pup now) I am just concerned as to why the price difference.

My 9wk old puppy is well mannered and responsive and couldn't be more loving already after one day. Apparently he was treated well in transport. Thank you for allowing me to find him online. I bought him to be a comfort to my dying husband, who died before the puppy arrived, but he will be my comfort. Too much communication from Fetch and some communication from PuppySpot that was confusing (about the arrival of the pup), but the overall experience was highly satisfactory.

We picked up are puppy and are thrilled with him. The drivers were nice. Our little guy arrived happy and healthy. The only thing that would have been better is if we had had more updated pics from the breeder. We had to wait 4 weeks for him and just has one very brief updated video.

Georgie is well adjusted her plane ride was good. 👍🏻

PuppySpot is a great idea! Puppies for sale are well screened; It is organized on a national scale: As my first experience with PuppySpot, and successful at that, perseverance of the customer is a key component. My suggestion, as a new customer, would be to email a flow chart of operations at onset of enrollment or general interest to validate customer's expectations as well decreased anxiety. One needs to know the expectations of achieving a successful result with an entity that is somewhat fragmented and has a "limbo" feel to it. Somewhat precarious..... All in all, credentials (BBB), honest advertising and follow through were helpful to achieve one's puppy of choice.
