✔️Constant sales pitches sent to me ✔️My dog was purchased weeks ago… I just received her 9/19. First seen at 11-weeks….now 14.5 weeks. ✔️She is huge for her breed at 3-months old! I have a small doggie door cut at $800+ into dual pane slider that was a major part of my criteria in breed selection. ✔️No notice to me Pearl was located in Indiana ✔️All things considered she has a lovely, bright disposition!…

The sales team is great. The ride was not as described - I was told maybe 1 or 2 dogs and they stop to let them out to pee every 2 hours. There were 11 dogs in the truck and 1 had already been dropped off. The dogs were expected to pee and poop in their crates and the paper was cleaned every 2 hours. The crate that I purchased was pretty gross - I did not bring it in my house and had to buy another. The amount of items we have to purchase with the pet are wasteful. My dog is going to be 13 lbs - a leash was sent that she can’t use, car covers we don’t need, bowls we don’t need, random cold bags, in general accessories did not have her size in mine except for the car seat . The bed is good quality but huge for her and not necessary. It’s a pretty wasteful money grab. The drivers themselves were fantastic. This isn’t on them or the staff.

I disliked that the kits I bought had no directions or pictures on items and I had to go to the vet to ask how to use the dog harness after a friend and I spent an hour and a half trying to figure it out. Then the harness is to big so I had to buy another harness anyway. Also my puppy is already too big for the carrier from the car kit So you guys just made me waste money thanks. And also I paid 859.00 for my dog to be brought to me and the carrier company begs for a tip. But it's not required. Wtf I spent 4600.00 on puppy and kits and delivery and these chumps want a tip. That's bull shit. And finding out that I should have gotten the extra insurance for coverage on regular stuff like. Fixing and getting the remaining immune shots. It would have been nice for a heads up. Yeah the first visit is 75.00$ The only good thing is the puppy is very healthy and no problem s. Or otherwise I would have given you a 1 star rating. It just goes to show you a 5 star rating Don't mean anything. I guess.

Updates were not satisfactory directions to the location for pick up were wrong, but could’ve not been your fault due to poor service in the area. Had to call the breeder four times before we could connect up with her because the directions were wrong. She was very polite and things worked out in the end. Thankfully.

I have no problem with puppy spot. This was my 3rd puppy I got from them . Everything went great and now we have our precious baby.

I chose and paid for 3 puppies. 2 were discovered to have heart murmurs and the second was supposedly sold by breeder. This unpleasant process spanned for weeks and not only took a toll on me but also Fetch pet insurance who had to cancel and refund 3 policies before a healthy puppy was finally good to be delivered. I also purchased large bag of specific puppy chow which was delivered only to be told the chosen puppy was a no go. Finally I had to feed my new puppy this chow which was not his diet. Luckily he is fine now with this change of diet.

This was my second puppy purchase in 1 year. This puppy Zoey I purchased for my daughter and granddaughter. I was expecting the same amazing process as when I purchased my puppy but this time I was disappointed in the handling of the delivery situation. I received a call from a woman who was not very friendly when there was a delivery problem. I’m disappointed with how she treated me. I must really applaud the delivery drivers, Dallas and Dacvid, who went above and beyond to make our puppy delivery wonderful. Dallas snd David from the Delivery Service are real assets to their company. They deserve 10 stars each!!!

Website was great. Easy to use and explore Customer service was very disappointing. We were strung along trying to get a pick up date scheduled We kept getting pushed off. When we finally met the breeder to pick up our puppy she told us the communication about us scheduling to pick up our puppy was also difficult from her end. She had called several times as well to get updates.
