I disliked the poor communication. I had to ask questions multiple times and sit on hold before someone would attempt to answer my question. I did not like how the delivery charge was removed because I didn't want to wait an additional 10 days to get the puppy and then a $200 was added back when I was the one driving many miles (to another state) to pick up the dog. This charge was eventually removed after I spent another 2 hours trying to communicate with your organization. The breeders were very nice however the puppy, "Knight" was only 4.9 pounds when we picked him up. This is grossly underweight for an 11 month German Shepherd puppy. Knight should have been approximately 15 pounds. My vet was very concerned and we are taking measures to make sure the dog is healthy. All the controls your company advertised were misleading since the dog seemed very frail and just skin and bones. You're lucky I'm giving you 3 stars.

My dog went to Florida instead of Massachusetts. I have 2 addresses and made it clear which address to deliver to,.someone didn't pay attention and this mishap occurred. I purchased the dog June 16 and will not recieve her until July 16. This is poor managing. No one will call me back only email was returned. What has happened to common courtesy and apologies.

Learn from our experience
Using Puppyspot afforded no advantages or conveniences over dealing directly with the breeder only problems. You do not have one representative through the process which results in conflicting information given. The staff was always courteous. Upon inquiring on the puppy we were told the breeder has taken a special course given by the university in Indiana. What was left out was the breeder gives most of vaccines except Rabies which had to be given by a DVM in that state. . This has caused many problems with our Florida DVM, pet sitter and pet insurer who state a DVM should sign off on the vaccines. Next we were lead to believe the dog would have a chip. We paid $110.0 for AKC papers and chip registration. We brought the dog to our Vet who could not find the chip. When I called Puppyspot was informed bernedoodles do not get AKC papers just certificate and that breeder did not microchip the dog. I was told to make and send a claim after we had the microchip put in. My Vet thought best to wait until she is being spayed and do the chip while under anesthesia for both. That means we have to wait a couple months and she does not have the extra protection of the chip should she ever get loose. Next I was informed she ate Purina Pro Puppy food, then that she ate Probity Food. I ordered the Probity food to find out she ate Purina Pro food after ordering the Probity. Puppyspot states the dog will arrive with a small bag of food. She arrive with an unmarked sandwich Ziplock bag of food with no name on it.
We opted to meet the transporter. We were encouraged to buy a puppy package that included items for car transport. The carrier we received was for a small dog. Our puppy weighed 33 lbs and did not fit. I called to send it back because we could not use it Puppyspot told me to keep it and refunded our purchase price.
Lastly, upon checking the breeder's website we overpaid for the puppy.
However, I do want to say we did get a sweet, adorable, smart puppy that we instantly fell in love with.
Upon arrival our puppy needed immediate grooming.
However, due to all the above issues this is the first and last time we would use this service. We should have done better research so please learn from our experience.

Needs Improvement
Company Rescheduled the delivery of my dog one day before it was supposed to arrive. Originally they tried to blame me for not responding but then apologized after showing several screenshots that I had which stated I had done everything that needed to be done to get my dog by X date. I was refunded a patial amount and in my opinion the amount was not enough to make up for the delay that was caused by their logistical shortcoming. The dog was disclosed to have an issue before it was delivered and that the dog had corrective surgery done and had healed a month before it was brought home to our house. I commend them on being open and honest about that but did not appreciate the dog being late and then being blamed for it when I had confirmation no further action was needed to get the dog on time.
I will say our dog is happy and healthy and was deivered the best I can tell with care, witholding the logistical issues, I am happy with the animal I received even if it was late. He has been a great addition to our family and we love him.

Great Puppy, But PuppySpot Didn't Deliver a Premium Experience
We absolutely love our Golden Retriever, Vehur. He is healthy, beautiful, and has become a wonderful member of our family. We have no complaints about the puppy or the breeder.
This review is specifically about PuppySpot as a service, not the puppy or the breeder.
Unfortunately, our experience with PuppySpot did not match the premium service they advertise, especially considering the thousands of dollars we paid.
The first issue happened during payment. Their online invoice system did not work, even after multiple attempts. We eventually had to call and complete the payment over the phone, including providing our credit card information. Even more frustrating, the invoice we received over the phone was different from the original one. It included several expensive add on kits that significantly increased the total cost. Many of those items were either unnecessary or not appropriate for a large breed like a Golden Retriever. Some products were good quality, but at least half of them have never been used and we never specifically asked for them.
After payment, communication became one of the biggest frustrations. It often took weeks to receive an update unless we repeatedly emailed them ourselves. Instead of proactive communication about our puppy, we mostly received automated emails promoting pet insurance and reminding us to neuter our dog. Whether to neuter a dog should be the owner's decision, not something repeatedly pushed during the purchase process. For a company marketing itself as a premium service, I expected much closer coordination with the breeder and much better communication throughout the process.
Another disappointment was the lack of transparency. We never received the AKC registration information before delivery, so we were essentially purchasing an expensive purebred puppy without seeing the documentation until he arrived. There was also never an option to pick up the puppy ourselves, or even discuss whether that was possible.
When Vehur finally arrived, he had clearly been sprayed with dry shampoo and smelled like a mix of shampoo and urine. It wasn't the welcoming experience we expected after spending so much.
Again, the puppy himself is amazing, healthy, and exactly what we wanted. Our disappointment is entirely with PuppySpot's service. They market themselves as providing a premium buying experience, but that was not our experience. The process involved unnecessary upselling, poor communication, little transparency, and very limited customer support. If you're considering PuppySpot, I would encourage you to evaluate the breeder separately from PuppySpot's service, because our concerns are with the company and its customer experience, not with the puppy we received.

There wasn't any communication with the PuppySpot guy who sold the puppy to me. After I paid I had a couple questions that were ignored. I was also promised a healthy puppy, where mine came with three parasites and Guardia. I know that happens often but this was a lot. But the puppy is adorable and we love her!

Didn’t get the starter kit I paid for or the delivery kit ether. If starter kits get delivered later you should let people know and I will demand a refund for the starter kit I paid for and didn’t get.

Disappointed in overall experience with Puppyspot
I'm really not sure how they vet breeders for their website. Their website/company looks legitimate but I wish I had read some of the reviews before purchasing such an expensive puppy. Puppyspot is extremely responsive and proactive with their messages leading up to the puppy's arrival. However, on puppy's first vet visit, we discovered that he had mites in his ear and had a small hernia. The vet said he had never seen such severe mites found in a puppy. It has already been about 2 weeks in our home and the puppy is showing all the signs of never been properly socialized. When I reached out to Puppyspot regarding his mites and hernia, they are suddenly unresponsive.
