Again, I wouldn’t put no stars if I could put zero stars, but Puppy spot charges you more than what you think. You don’t experience white glove to your house by the time the puppies ready to be shipped they turn around and tell you you have to pick it up somewhere else. I had a very bad experience with them and I don’t like talking about people but when I have a bad experience, I’m gonna let other people know I talked with the Breeder. I talked with numerous people from Puppy spot and they’re all just on the same page you’re a liar. I’m telling the truth blah blah blah well let me tell you you scammed me for a $1900 more than what the Puppy was $4100 but I do have a lawyer.

WOULD CALL TO TALK WITH THE.
WITH A BREEDER, AND NO ONE WOULD EVER GET THE BREEDER TO ME TO TALK TO ME. I'D CALL AGAIN AND THEY'D SAY, WELL, TELL US WHAT QUESTIONS YOU WANT TO ASK THE BREEDER, WE'LL GET THE ANSWERS AND WE'LL SEND IT TO YOU. THEY NEVER ONCE RETURNED a CALL. THE DOG'S DISPOSITION WOULD SUGGEST THAT IT HAS SEVERE NEUROLOGICAL ISSUES.THESE ARE NORMALLY PRESENT IN A PUPPY MILL ENVIRONMENT. Prior to purchasing, the breeder told us that the dog's temperament would be perfect for us. When we took delivery, we found out immediately. It had severe food aggression issues. That was never mentioned in any of their paperwork or communication to us. I would strongly suggest you stay away from this breeder. I firmly believe that they are running a puppy mill. This might indicate why we have severe temperamental issues with this dog.

Ordering the additional packages is pointless.
I had a great experience until the week upcoming to my puppy. I still have not received any of the additional packages that I have paid for, got lied to about when I would receive even the ability to track them THE DAY OF picking up my sweet boy, and overall haven’t heard about them at all. My drivers Gunner and Ryan were fantastic though.

Breeder falsified vaccination records
I got a puppy from them just 10 days ago. I later found out that the breeder had falsified her vaccination records. My puppy then became seriously ill with two of the exact illnesses her records said she had been vaccinated against, and it cost me $30,000 to save her life.
In spite of everything that happened, I was still willing to get her sister. I paid for her and completed everything on my end about a week ago. Now they have already canceled my order, claiming that I didn’t pick her up and that I didn’t contact them.
That is simply not true. I called, texted, and emailed them every single time. I have the records of those communications.
What makes this even more frustrating is that when I got my first puppy, I didn’t receive her for almost two weeks, and that apparently wasn’t a problem. But now, after everything I have already been through because of the falsified vaccination records and the $30,000 it took to save my puppy’s life, they canceled the purchase of her sister after only about a week and are saying it was because I failed to communicate with them.
I absolutely did communicate with them, repeatedly, through phone calls, texts, and emails. I have done everything I could to follow through on getting her sister, despite what happened with my first puppy.

Adore my puppy, PuppySpot NOT so much
I absolutely adore my puppy, and the breeder was wonderful, but outside of making that initial connection, my experience with PuppySpot was extremely disappointing.
Communication was consistently slow and often frustrating. Many of the representatives I dealt with were not native English speakers, which at times made already complicated conversations more difficult. The delivery process was especially stressful. It took a long time to coordinate, and there was very little clarity about the actual delivery date or arrival time until the week of delivery. For something that requires coordinating work, travel, and everyday life around welcoming a new puppy home, that lack of notice is incredibly inconvenient.
I’m very grateful for my puppy and had a great experience with his breeder, but I don’t feel PuppySpot provided a level of service that justified using a middleman. Beyond connecting me with the breeder, they added more frustration than value to the process.

Breeder was not who I thought they…
Breeder was not who I thought they would be. When I picked up my puppy after a 9 hr drive he smelled so bad that I was gagging. Needless to say the smell inside my vehicle was disgusting.

Nothing but frustration
On June 25th we selected Maggie and expected delivery was July 9th.on July 1st., the delivery date was changed to the week of August 3rd. On July 2nd. you sent me a list of required items necessary for her pick up, which I purchased immediately. I also, at your advice, I purchased health insurance. Just so you know, the free month of the health insurance is gone and another total waste. I inquired about some training, but because of the delayed receipt, I lost their discount. July 16th., I requested the breeder begin potty training, again, with your great put off skills just said it was our responsibility and I don't believe there was any contact with the breeder but if I had any questions about potty or crate training, you would be happy to help, again useless. On July 21st., we considered choosing a different puppy that was ready to travel. Your team informed me because of transportation issues the other dog's delivery date would be the week of August 3rd., THE SAME WEEK AS MAGGIE'S DELIVERY. On July 29th I received a phone call from you trying to sell me Nutri-Cal. During that call Maggie's delivery was confirmed as the week of August 3rd. Last week, I inquired as to why there were no delivery information on the website as you promise to post that information the week before delivery. I told your person this was the week prior, again, with the "put off" information and told me the week before included Sunday! At 3 o'clock on Sunday after one more "put off" email, "Were waiting for the final confirmation from the transportation team." I called and after I insisted on more information the team member told me delivery would NOT be the week of August 3rd., but would be the following week. I insisted on a reason I was provided incorrect information more than 3 times, now your team member was speechless and couldn't provide any reason or new information.
