Our Golden Retriever Puppy
Our puppy, who we have named Lilidh, is absolutely wonderful- and healthy. The only issues we had with Puppyspot is that delivery did not quite happen as we were told. We paid for door to door and the person that delivered her kept us informed and was wonderful- but again not quite as Puppyspot described. Also, while we paid for microchipping- she was not.

LIL DARLIN
Delilm darlin had ! Flea I got bit 3 times. Its over now livery driver call ahead when n an hour m away great. Lil Darlin had 1 flea, I got bitm3 times

Puppyspot was great
Puppyspot was great. No issues at all with the company. It was at time of pick up that I had a problem. Met a woman in Walmart parking lot that was not the breeder. I asked her all kinds of questions and her response to all was I don’t know , I’m just the delivery person. That was not helpful at all. Some questions were, when was she dewormed, how much food does she eat in a day, she couldn’t answer.

The staff was friendly and helpful
The staff was friendly and helpful. The dog was happy and seemed well taken care of. The only complaint I have is that the driver told me where he was at the Costco under the sign over the phone. I waited and looked for them and they were not there. I called and texted and finally, I found him. It took 20 minutes. Everything else was wonderful.

The attention paid to each step of the…
The attention paid to each step of the process was great. But if each step was laid out at time of purchase would save the purchaser any worry.

I rec'd the puppies I expected…
I rec'd the puppies I expected eventually. It would have been nice had the location information included things like the meet was in a parking lot in Richmond, IN. It would also have helped had someone notified the breeder that I was in fact coming on the 31st to get the puppies. Outside of those hiccups everything went fine and Finnley and Flora are now at home in Johns Creek, GA.

Hi i spoke with two different sales…
Hi i spoke with two different sales reps, angel and Brooke - the information i received was different from both. I had a family emergency and necessitated a delivery date on or around 14 may- and angel told me that was too far out, couldn’t accommodate- so i suspended sale - luckily Domino was still available when i was contacted by Brooke- she was pleasant, and explains delivery services which DID have some wiggle room - two completely different styles of sales and i’m glad I dealt with Brooke. “domino” is now Duude, the Big Bowowski. and he’s settling in nicely.
