Although I was a bit apprehensive at first to use Puppy Spot because I couldn't interact with the Pup before I actually purchased, they communicated my questions to the breeder and were very helpful explaining all the steps through the process. My puppy arrived healthy and happy.

Delivery was on time. All paperwork provided. New puppy looked excited, seemed perfectly fine after his 14 hour trip, all resdy and rearing to go. Very professional

Throughout the process-- from buying to delivering my puppy to me, Puppy Spot made the process easy. I also appreciated the help videos that were sent before and after I received my fur baby. Would definitely recommend Puppy Spot!

I like the turnkey service. the delivery was on time and the puppy in good condition for having traveled. I do find all the email offers a bit incessant, and would prefer just the facts of my delivery rather than offering supplemental goods and services.

My concierge was fabulous! She assisted me with finding a second puppy because the 1st one got ill & I couldn’t adopt him. The pet transport works very well! Quinn was happy & energetic when he arrived! The process works well, thank you❣️

They were also available to answer any questions I had and returned call, texts and emails promptly. I chose to have her driven out to my home and their puppy delivery service was equally amazing! I couldn't be happier!
