From the very first phone call which could have been very stressful with the electronics end of business but when Puppy Spot's staff I believe her name Is Lisa started the call she was as kind, respectful, beyond helpful, encouraging us through the troubles of receiving the needed information and completing the task. It took a bit longer than normal I am sure but Lisa didn't care she was as happy, helpful and encouraging all the way to the end. Always saying we could call her anytime giving us her direct line. Thank you so much Lisa. Mother received her puppy Stella and neither of them could be happier. Thank you!

My decision to go with PuppySpot has turned out to be excellent choice. I worked with Lisa who is extremely knowledgeable She was very kind to me, and was very patient with me. I reviewed at least ten puppies and Lisa helped me narrow it down to which puppy would be the best fit for me. My puppy was delivered this past thursday and I couldn't be happier!

PuppySpot was professional, helpful, and encouraging. They let me know the process and followed through with helpful tips, resources and informative emails. They were in consistent communication so I knew what was happening all the time. They did concern me about hypoglycemia a little too much. Thankfully my puppy has not displayed the symptoms yet. The transport drive was wonderful, kind, interested and excited with me.
