Mostly good, just wished there was more communication with how my puppy was progressing. There was no communication once I committed to getting him other than the transportation company. The transportation company was great, no complaints at all. Communication needs to improve on what has been happening with the puppy, training, health and likes and dislikes. We absolutely love our new puppy!!

This site offers the comfort and satisfaction of finding a beautiful new baby from a solid list of sellers. Cuts out the threat of scammers and even offers a few choices in reputable shippers. Safe, convenient and easy.

Looked up the breeder and they were rated one of 100worst puppy mills. Thought Puppyspot did not use puppy mills. Very concerned

The purchase process was smooth and seamless. I did get a little confused when receiving communications and directions from more than one contact from PuppySpot, via text and email. Sometimes I would receive a text and not an email. Others I would receive an email and not a text. Many of the messages seemed canned rather than unique to the transaction. I would have preferred to have only one Puppyspot contact point. For example, in arranging a pickup date for our puppy, I replied to one person who had informed me of breeder readiness dates. But the next text I received cited a different date for my pickup than what I had indicated and had communicated that to the breeder who prematurely then had a vet check 12 days rather than 5 days prior to pickup. It would have been more efficient/effective to have talked to the breeder directly to make these arrangements. I had also texted one of the contacts about pick up options, in order to have a back up plan. That text was never replied to.

Puppy spot was great to work with however our dog arrived with Physitis in her front feet. We are working with a local vet to address the issue Brent

The process was seamless, including scheduling the delivery. We were kept up to date regularly so there were no surprises. Two things reduced this to four stars, when it could have been five. I already have pet insurance and though I verbally shared that with a contact center rep, I still received several emails and calls from a different insurer and it was annoying and unnecessary. It also would have been nice to have additional basic information about our new puppy. What kind of training treats he likes, how far along with potty training, whether vaccinations were given by a vet or the breeder. Things that would be helpful to know once he arrived.

Working with PuppySpot was a great experience, the consultants were very helpful in answering all our questions. In my initial review, I expressed some concerns in regards to the breeder. Within hours of posting my review, I received a call from PuppySpot inquiring about my concerns. I cannot tell you how surprised I was to recieve any type of communication. After explaining my concerns, PuppySpot explained the breeder's methods which coincided with the behaviors we were seeing. Now that we have more information we can adapt the puppy's training accordingly. I highly recommend PuppySpot and will use them again in the future.

The dog himself. Yogi was a real hit with my family and myself. Full of energy but loving.
