SCAM SCAM SCAM Do NOT BUY A PUPPY FROM PUPPY SPOT THEY ARE A SCAM READ ALL THE REVIEWS First of all, there are over 100 employees that answer the phone and are all telemarketers across America working on commissions to sell puppies from puppy mills. When you call up you never get the same person and YOU NEVER MEET the BREEDER or ThE PUPPY you thought you were getting they basically LIE about everything!! Each person you talk to tells you a different price and it’s always more money for this and that or the breeder wants more money or you have to have the puppy driven to you at $600.00 more and the drivers are on speed or there’s two driver if it takes more than 2-3 days they don’t sleep at hotels they drive straight and let the puppy out to pee along the highway. The transportation stories are horrendous for any animal if you ever get it??They run your credit card to the maximum upfront and took all my money upfront and you never get the animal!! There is no guarantee of any dog it’s all BS after taking my money I never got the dog and they block you from ever calling them again they have been reported and in the reviews many people now have to sue to get their money back; Several law suits pending. The corporation and that’s all it is A Corrupt Corporation that should be outlaw. They are not breeders. The CEO And her Team are out of Florida but they don’t take calls or call you back, in fact after they steal your money they block your phone number!! Total CROOKS!!! You have no choice other than to sue them. An ongoing investigation in play and hopefully they are shut down soon!!AGAIN READ ALL THE COMPLAINTS!! Either Adopt a much needed animal or Buy your puppy directly from the breeder where you pay the breeder directly get all the paperwork upfront meet the parents of the puppies and walk out with the dog!!! In the hundreds of reviews written Puppy Spot dogs are either seriously ill sick and die or like me you never got to even meet the dog!! Heartbroken I saved all my money for a dog for my daughter she never got!!! Disgusting People

I purchased a puppy from Puppyspot. I asked via email if he was microchipped and not to microchip him. I have strong feelings about pets being microchipped. Puppyspot told me via email he was not and that the breeder wouldn't. I come to realize he is microchipped. If I had known at the time, I would have canceled the purchase before he was sent to me and gotten a refund. Now they say I cannot return him or get a refund, not even a partial refund. I don't even know who's name is on the microchip or who to contact about it as they won't help me with that. All they offer is to rehome him. I feel as if this is false misrepresentation of a large purchase of $6k. Also the puppy does not look full chihuahua, growing into looking like a mix... over 7lbs, which is not considered pure chi. Profile stated he was CKC registered, but never given any paperwork.

When buying a puppy the service is amazing and the process is really great and people are very attentive. Calls are returned and messages because they want you to buy the puppy. However once the puppy arrived I called for help on something that was needed for paperwork purposes even sent a email. Until this moment in time I have not received any information on what I asked for, hence they only care about selling the puppy's and whatever happens to them after it is the new owners problem.

Be up front and tell the person your dog is going to travel by van with a load of others dogs that the chance of this dog flying on a plane is slim to none… That you probably will have to drive hours to meet this van becaues it’s not coming to where you live even if you live in a city…. Not impressed with all the up selling…. I would never recommend or use this service ever again. Not to mention my dog got it shots to early and some need to be redone. The dog has an ear infection…

What a nightmare. I've had my puppy to the vet 3 times and 1 time to the emergency room since I received him 10 days ago. He arrived with kennel cough and a parasite and I can't seem to get rid of the diarrhea or cough after all this time and effort. Yes, he's adorable but no, I'd never do this again.

There is no bennefit to going directly through PuppySpot. You get nothing additional. Find a breeder online and go through them directly for a third of the price. PuppySpot messed up just about every step of the way with us. It ended up causing many issues. They will not do much to help.

Upon arrival our dog had fleas! The transport process was concerning since she was in the back of a van with other dogs during transport. I contacted the breeder directly and she said no fleas were present when LOLA was released to Puppy Spot but when we received her she had fleas. We are still trying to get rid of them and we’re not happy about it. This is our first pet and our home is CLEAN but now we have to take steps to ensure we all live in a flea free environment. In addition, she was delivered to us with about 20% of her body shaved. It looks strange and when questioned puppy spot said she had too many knots to take out in that section so they just shaved her! That’s not cool and it’s not normal, right? Seems lazy to me!

Something. Wrong with the she is nuts
