This is my second pup with PuppySpot (PS). There are several reasons why I chose PS. First, the website is easy to use and allows me to see multiple pieces of information on each puppy. Specifically, I enjoy seeing the parents of the pup and the video clips. Second, the PS customer service is awesome! Each agent made me feel completely comfortable with each step of the process. Lastly, the convenience of having the puppy delivered directly to my house and the contact transporters were kind and professional. Overall, I would recommend PS to everyone I know who is interested in bringing home a new family member.

Everything they told us was in detail and happened when they said. The only thing is they did not include my wife on my account as I asked them too.

This was very easy. Dallas arrived safe, clean and with all of his records. I really like the guarantee. I opted for near home delivery which was super easy and convenient.

Communication was terrific, logistics were all laid out well, and financing was pretty quick and easy, and delivery was right to our door. Our whole dealings with Puppy Spot was A1 right from the get go. Gina was fantastic!!!

My initial contact with the company was excellent and I am over the moon with my little puppy Joy and the wonderful breeder in Shipshewana Indiana. I want to let the company know how invaluable William Bravo is! He took over when I had concerns in dealing with the puppy service team. I had great difficulties and want to warn your company, please, rethink outsourcing this team. I thought I was wrapped up in a scam!! But William took over and kept in direct contact with me. He was very professional, fixed all the problems, gave me reassurance, and I am so happy that I did indeed carry through with purchasing. now puppy Joy is a part of my heart!

The drivers were extremely friendly and genuine about the care of the puppies. They arrived early and groomed my puppy prior to handing off her care to me. They were thorough on the paperwork and food transition details. Due to her time with them, she is already crate trained. She adjusts well to being crated for the night with just a midnight piddle break. The breeder did a great job with her. She wasn't shy at all. She's been a happy tail wagging bundle of wiggles since her arrival.
