We love Finn (was Gavin). He is exactly what we wanted. He gets his check up on the 15th. The only draw back it took too long to get him. I would look into shorting the time to deliver the animal.

Communication was great. The delivery was smooth, on-time, and professional. It was a great experience EXCEPT we got a 14 week old Havapoo. Her back legs were severely matted which makes me question how much the breeder was taking care of her beforehand.

We had just lost our 14-year-old Chihuahua, who we loved dearly. We grieved hard for three weeks! We started looking at pictures and that was all it took! I found Arnie on your website and fell in love with him the moment I saw him. My husband felt the same! The whole process was fine but I just wanted my puppy faster than I got him. Because of this, I gave a 4 star!

We are very satisfied with our new puppy! The whole process was very easy and the transportation people were amazing! 10/10. Ryan and Courtney who actually delivered Cali to us. You could tell she very much cares for the animals. My only complaint and reason it’s not a 5 star review is the customer service. Did not get us any answers or feedback on our questions and the fact that you can’t talk to breeders directly. Other than that and if that isn’t a concern for you, I would highly recommend puppyspot! Again, we are absolutely thrilled with Cali. She is the sweetest girl! Already fitting right in. She’s happy, healthy, and full of puppy energy

The initial help and advice was good. We had to push quite a bit to get progression pictures of our puppy and information about weight ( helpful to gage adult weight). And our puppy came to us with giardia. Wasn’t that checked before shipping? Update Aug 3:PuppySpot contacted us following our initial review. They are contracted with the breeders to only update weights and pictures of puppies every two to three weeks. They also gave us a $150 refund for the giardia health issue with our puppy.

Overall, good communication. Relatively easy to get someone on the phone to answer questions. Helpful. It would be nice to have one contact person. Every time I called with questions I talked to someone new and had to start all over.
