The lack of communication and the inability to get a response from the team once they have your money was very disappointing. In addition, I am socked at the fact that there has been zero reach out from the breeder to check on their puppy. We thought the puppy was at least house trained and it turned out she wasn't. Not trained on anything at all. We are very happy with her but the whole selling point that PuppySpot is not like other breeders or puppy mills is something I now doubt. Will not be using the service again.

Do not purchase here
Could not get very much information about the breeder or dog after purchasing. Puppy arrived traumatized and with Giardia and we have been to the vet three times in two weeks. Also, I could see the paperwork for the puppy which they tried to "white out" showing the dog was only $2,500 but PuppySpot charged me $6,700 total. What a scam

Unfortunately not the happiest with my…
Unfortunately not the happiest with my experience working with Puppy Spot. I give a 2-star review instead of a 1-star only because I was able to talk them into getting some sort of refund (not as much as I wanted) for 4 delays and 5 estimated arrival dates later. Just glad to finally be done with dealing with puppy spot, and just have my puppy. Glad to know it wasn’t a scam like so many of my friends thought. Wish there was better communication and more documentation. Overall, would NOT recommend

I am still without the list of vaccines…
I am still without the list of vaccines administered to my puppy. I have been asking for the info since March 23. This is a huge inconvenience because our vet advises that I keep her home until we know. She will be five months old April 13th! We should be in professional training already. We are restricted for travel and socialization as well. The puppy leadership team has told me on several occasions that they are "reaching out to the breeder".

Our little guy had an eye and ear…
Our little guy had an eye and ear infection and also parasites when we got him to the vet right away and he is on meds now. We didn't get any info on the breeder until after we got him. When I did get the info there wasn't anything online about them at all that I found odd. Our little guy arrived by transport from Kansas to Florida and just didn't look anything like his puppy pic. He looked thin and weary so not sure how long he was on the road and how well he was fed and watered. I know they say they don't deal with puppy mills but... ??

Buyer beware
Buyer beware! Please do research and find a reputable breeder on your own. No contact with breeder other than for pickup (which I had to call the night before myself) No health background on dogs only AKC papers which means NOTHING. No picture, no nothing. PuppySpot is a puppy broker and thats all. Paying more for your dog does not mean it is a better breed of dog. It only means that PuppySpot takes ONE THIRD of the cut for themselves. You are forced to buy pet insurance in order to keep their 'puppyspot garauntee' on your dog. WHAT???
Buying a dog in the blind is very gut wrenching and I will never do it again. They will all tell you they are USDA approved, etc. Again, this means NOTHING. Because of the brokerage, all participants need licensing through the USDA, which, in turn means NOTHING AGAIN.
Stick to a breeder that will allow you to visit their premises, meet the parents, go through health history and give you updated pictures. One would think with shelling out this kind of money that they would be kissing your butt and giving you all the information you need. But, NOPE!!!
I won't be doing this ever again, that is for sure.

Frustration & Disappointment.
My experience was very frustrating & disappointing: after purchasing the puppy, who is adorable, PuppySpot made promises as to next steps that were not followed through on. questions were not answered, misinformation was given, the transport people didn’t contact me till 2 hours before arrival & I never received the breeders information or contact info. Super frustrating.

Well, I got 94% of what I paid for.
Let’s say that PuppySpot did do what they said they would do - they sent me a dog - but it kind of went downhill from there. I did discover, that a lot of what was represented was not the entire truth. I was told conflicting into about the pup I wanted, by different ‘representatives’ or what is basically their sales personnel. When I finally received my pup, he was not completely as represented. His size, condition and basic developmental state was nowhere near what I was told and was represented by PuppySpot. When he did arrive by van after some weather delays, he was five months old and I was quite surprised to see the condition he was in. He had obviously never been bathed or even brushed and he has very long fur, was filthy and stunk of feces. I was told by the groomer I took him to the next day that he had urine stains on his feet from being constrained in a small space for a long period of time… probably basically his entire five months of life. It was apparent he had little to zero socialization with both pets and people. He had never seen a toy and was afraid of them. I was given a sales pitch about their breeder screening process and how wonderful his particular breeder was, but have since come to believe he came from one of the many Amish puppy breeding ‘farms’ in Indiana. I was assured that the dog I was purchasing was a toy poodle, and asked more than once for proof. I was not allowed any contact with the breeder. I repeatedly asked for updated photos of my pup, which I only ever received one time after the fourth or fifth request. I was sent a couple of blurry photos of the parents after repeated requests, with indications that the mother was a toy poodle who weighed 9/10 lbs and the father was a toy poodle who only weighed 5/6 lbs. When I received the dog, I was positive he was 3/4 Corgi as his legs are about 3 inches long and his body length is extremely long…and he already weighed 12 lbs! He came with a sketchy looking registration form which I looked up and is not an accredited registry. I have since done a Wisdom Panel DNA test on him and in fact, he is only 94% poodle. I feel as though the dog was misrepresented. PuppySpot reps were very nice on the phone, and tell you at the sale to text them anytime with questions, but the number the rep is contacting you through, does not accept texts. In fact, once you purchase your pet, they are quite difficult to get hold of. They have you download an app, which turned out to be of little to no use. And sadly, my pup has ‘issues’. Would I do business with them again? Hmmm…
