My puppy
My puppy, Pearl, she is sick with parasites and ear infection, she does not eat, and bleed when she did diarrhea.

BEWARE! I Recieved a SICK $5,500.00 Rottweiler Puppy!
BEWARE! I Received a SICK $5,500.00 Rottweiler Puppy named Bash who is still healing from blood in his urine UTI and Giardia. So far, my Rottweiler has cost me an additional $1,500.00 due to his illness. Also, they lie on the summarized description of the puppy. If you notice all the descriptions of the puppies are pretty much all say the same thing, they just change the words around. My trainer said that my Rottweiler puppy show signs of neglect. My trainer is working on reassuring my puppy that he is safe and very much loved. My puppy is living with my trainer's wife and his kids while he trains my Rottweiler Puppy. JUST BECAREFUL BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT GET REIMBURSED FOR COST OF ILLNESSES. All these puppies are so innocent!!! I pray for these puppies!!! Good Luck to all the Animal Lovers out There!

I paid for the puppy over $4000 when…
I paid for the puppy over $4000 when the breeder was selling the same puppy in their website for $1850 . I couldn’t believe it!! And I had to pick her up from the breeder you didn’t even had the puppy!! So what the hell a paid extra $2000 for. I was told oh the life warranty but I had to be pushed to get one of your health insurance for it. Really so I’m not getting anything in the end. I just couldn’t believe it you can scam people like this . I will not stop at this until I make sure everyone knows it . Including BBB

Unacceptable and Disappointing
Aside from the puppy being delivered with a giardia infection, the bigger issue at hand is the lack of disclosure when purchasing the puppy that it was going to be delivered with bilateral cryptorchid. The veterinarian agreed this is of no inconsequential nature. Both of these issues have been validated by my veterinarian in writing at the puppy’s first veterinarian wellness visit. Sadly, welcoming a puppy should have been a pleasant experience but has turned into a nightmare with the family already growing attached to the puppy. Again, the above issues should have been disclosed prior to delivery. Despite several emails and a handful of calls,I haven’t received an answer as to why these issues were not disclosed to me prior to purchase nor prior to delivery. I would appreciate prompt attention to this matter.

Do not go here
Do not go here, They end up taking forever to schedule your puppy to get home. Charge you for delivery but you still have to travel 1:30-2 hrs to pick up puppy. & is selective on which vaccines are given regardless of their own vaccine chart

Absolutely the worst customer service…
Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever had in getting a puppy or just in general with customer service. I would never consider using them again.

Terrible
Terrible. Lied to multiple times. Dog is home, seems ok. I ended up driving to Missouri to get the dog because I couldn’t trust them shipping him after 3 delays. UPDATE - My dog was incredibly sick. Pneumonia, Gastrointestinal Colitis, Kennel Cough and Giardia. So far I have spent close to $7000 fixing him. He did make it (he’s alive) but only time will tell how he does. I sent in all the paperwork for his illness under the medical guarantee and I’ve heard nothing from them. This company should be investigated. The breeders should be investigated. It’s criminal.
