They were early in delivery but worked out a drop off time the accommodated my schedule. They cleaned and brushed her out before giving her to me Very polite and friendly driver and very professional.

So I picked out I puppy I just love his face, Liz helped me through it. She was very patient with me, she’s actually super awesome!!! I was a nervous wreck believe me just ask Liz. Only because of all the scammers. She helped with the purchased of my puppy, Cooper is his name he’s black and white multipoo. So I shared that with a few people because I was so excited and they all told me I was stupid and it was a scam. I quit telling my family and friends because now I was going crazy thinking about the money I spent and thought to myself I am stupid for doing this.I contacted BBB every day to check if the company is real, it is. Plus I bet I contacted Liz at lease a dozen times I kid you not. She reassured me each time. As each day went by I was sick to my stomach. Then just like Liz said I wound, get an email a week before delivery. I was elated I was getting my puppy. I was then contacted via of text and phone from the Premier Pet delivery about 3 times update me. They were wonderful, I picked my little guy up and have been in love ever since. I lost two of my dogs earlier this year and my house was so quiet. I only had one left I think he was as sad as me he was a rescue six years ago it cost me so much money and three surgeries later, it costs so much money to have him but I love love. Anyway I decided to try a different route and that’s when I found Puppy spot. Yes it expensive but I know I got a very healthy puppy. I couldn’t replace my two dogs that passed away, but Cooper filled a huge hole in my heart and house. He’s a delight my Wriggly has been his old self again. Long story short I would do it again. I also enjoyed showing him off to my family and friends that told me I was scammed. So yes you can get a rescue without any guarantee or you can get a puppy from Puppy spot and get a guarantee either way it cost about the same. At least that’s my experience. Thank you to all that talked me off the ledge a few times. I’m so in grateful!! 🙃

They are so amazing team to work with! Love it

The delivery driver was amazing!! He was very patient, informative, and professional!!! Also, our new new pup, now named “Happy” is amazing as well!! ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

I was not sure of getting our puppy online as spending this much on a puppy is scary - Well I can say what a wonderful site and all the follow ups and care for us and the puppy. We are extremely happy and are looking forward to our 2nd one coming Saturday. Great experience!

Puppy Spot supplied detailed information on the puppy's parents. When I inquired about the puppy, my email was quickly returned. We spoke several times and was walked through all the details. The puppy had a head to tail inspection before his travel. This ensured his health. The transport team was also very thorough. They checked my ID and took my picture with my new puppy.

Great with responses to my questions , which were many. However never got a response as to what portion of training “Rona” had taken part of ( so, I could build and grow). The other interactions were all positive and would recommend them! My dog is gorgeous and sweet … everything I hoped for !!

We had a great experience with puppyspot. From the very beginning each step was positve and easy. It was so helpful to be able to have a number for contact. It was amazing to receive all of the updates via email. Because of the process we became even more excited with each passing day!!! Finally the day arrived for her delivery!!! She arrive right on time as indicated. She is absolutey precious and perfect!!! She is more beautiful than she was in her picture! Thank you PuppySpot for a wonderful experience in bringing a new puppy to our home.
