PuppySpotReviews of puppyspot.com

Excellent service from beginning to delivery of our puppy. Lots of good communication and definitely Puppy Spot is an efficient well run organization

PuppySpot provided great information about Piper; her care, training, and feeding; and guidance throughout the process. I am delighted with Piper. She is providing great puppy love and energy.

I had the worst experience a person could ever have when looking for a soul mate. My dog, Mario aka Bubbles was bought after you had listed him ion your website as 5 or 6 weeks. That's why I bought them and none of the staff I sppoke with told me anything about his travels to me couldn't happen until he was a certain weight and each staff member told me different information about his travel plans. First I was told it takes about a week or 2 since I paid all the extra money to have him brought here to my door. I saw the dog and watched the video and fell in love with him but 2 weeks passed and someone then told me that it's taking so long because he is getting all his shots and is being seen by a veternarian. Ok, so another week went by and nothing. I then was told that he can't travel until he reaches a certain weight but now, a lie, I was told he was 10 weeks old. WHAT, Math I waited 3 weeks for what was a 6 week old puppy and 3 weeks later he is almost 11 weeks old. This was horrible for you to do to me and so I was given a $300 return for the mess up but not for the lies. Now I am waiting weeks and they said they jhave to fly him here and I can meet him at the airport or pay extra and have him delivered and I took that option. Now again he is not weighiong enough to fly over. Then, I get a call after I have fallen head over heals for this little guy and the woman says, there is another problem, "he has an under bite and pick out another dog maybe. My heart was hurting so bad now and so they give me another $100 because I said I don't care about the under bite I wanted him no matter what. So now, one person said he had to be 1.5 pounds to fly and then anoother call and I was tolld he had to be 2.5 pounds to travel. This was horrible and no way to conduct business which is what it still was but a horrible way to conduct business and an emotionally devistating experience for me. So he was supposed to come on the 8th of August then that changed and it was the 14th he came weighing over 2.5 pounds and brought here by a van that 2 men traveled with them in that van and he never was flown here like I paid extra for and lied to.I was inflicted with emotional distress by your company and deserve more money back or I hsave to go through a law suite. I didn't deserve what was done to me and now I get him and he has parasites and needed antibiotics. Why didn't you catch that. Then my vet tells me he can't make any sense out of your records you sent to me and said he didn't trust you and gave him an injection for whatever it was

Very Wonderful experience every step of the way. Thank you for making our experience seem less.

Puppy Spot kept me updated on my Havenese through emails and videos. I called a few times with questions and they were all answered quickly. When the delivery date arrived the men were polite and punctual. Very knowledgeable. We coukd not be more pleased with our Havenese Puppy. He is the best. I would recommend Puppy Spot to adopt a pup!

PuppySpot was in contact often to let me know each step. Our puppy, Jax, had an issue diagnosed during his last vet visit and I was contacted to make sure that I still wanted him. It would not be something covered under the Health policy because we were informed before transport. Of course I still wanted him. He’s the sweetest boy and our vet said he is fine, healthy and his diagnosis was not a major concern.

Great experience. My puppy arrived exactly on time, lively happy and healthy. I was kept informed every step of the way and everything went as it was supposed to. Would highly recommend. Janet Ridenour
