A friend told me about Puppy spot. I was leery at first. But once I researched, saw the quality breeders and read Puppy Spots rules and regulations, I was sold. Then experiencing the constant communication, customer service and ongoing help resource, I cannot say enough good things. Puppy Spot earned my highest respect and rating. And my puppy is wonderful. Went smoothly from beginning to end, with answers to our questions/concerns only being an email or phone call away. We were nervous about our puppy's delivery/long travel, but the delivery service was great! The two guys that delivered our pup, were attentive to him, answered our questions and provided us with the information we needed to get our pup's new life with us started!

Purchasing and working with Puppy Spot's costumer service was great. All of my questions were answered and they gave me updates the entire time of the process. I loved that before our baby made his long journey to us he was checked out at the vet and treated for anything going on, unfortunately he had a slight ear infection so it delayed his arrival but that was okay. When it was time for our sweet boy to be transported the gentleman that was driving was wonderful and stayed in touch the two days he traveled with our puppy. In addition he sent videos and pictures anytime they stopped for a bathroom break. Once puppy arrived the transporter got him out and waited a little bit to make sure all was well! Now we have our forever fur baby a beautiful male F1 golden doodle named Archie!

The day Onie arrived he was waggin his tail and dancing around the house. We where so happy to see him. We have a loving relationship with our new puppy and a strong bond between each other. Thank you PuppySpot for making the experience so easy.

I appreciate their care to detail. The many emails with updates and recommendations. It provides a feeling of comfort when getting a puppy. I had concerns when I learned of a physical defect, but Puppy Spot representatives did a thorough job reassuring me and explaining fully what I needed to know.

Excellent from start to delivery. Was kept informed of delivery and arrived early. Puppy was somewhat timid and tired, though two days later was rested and hasn’t stopped yet. His favorite resting and sleeping is on top of the sofa, higher the better must have watch what cats do!!

I couldn't be happier from initial call to delivery of my little girl. After losing my 19yo cockapoo on june 1st, I was town on what to do. They walked me thru all my questions, and my little girl (nola) is here healthy and amazing.
