Edited: Puppyspot contacted me about the delivery issues. I appreciate that they listened to my concerns and planned to take action to correct for future customers.
The biggest issue I had was with delivery. We paid for delivery but were not told the puppy could be delivered in the middle of the night. Then the puppy arrived 2 hours later than provided to us. He was due at 1am and arrived at 3:15am. For working parents is this is not great.

Disappointing But Not Discouraging I’m just adding that I read the review by Dave Kleiwer who commented that his puppy also has Giardia.
I was impressed with their communication with me. They made many calls with great information while I waited for Frankie. And I adore the Havanese puppy from them. I am disappointed in some things. They had offered a new puppy kit for $89 with the details and pictures of what was contained. They showed a premium bed w embroidered blanket, stainless steel double diner bowls, dental chew, boomerang, crinkle pig, braided rope, and plush animal squeaker toys, 2 tennis balls, a drawstring bag w carabiner clip, premium leash, waste bag dispenser w refills. 12 items. I didn’t receive any of those. Instead I got 8 items, 3 of which I won’t be using, pee pads, whistle, and doorbells, and I had to buy a bed, blankets, and stainless steel bowls elsewhere. I received a snuffle mat, a leash and very small storage pouch, hanging doorbells, a whistle, a puzzle toy, and pee pads.
They had also noted the food that he was eating and promised a small amount for his first day. I didn’t receive any food and he won’t eat that food I had bought. They arranged transportation for him to me for $700 from Missouri to South Carolina. I don’t know if I could have arranged transport elsewhere. I wasn’t aware that he would be traveling with 3 other puppies.
He peed on himself and me as he was being handed over by the driver. That can happen but the driver said I might want to bathe him since his feet and belly were dirty. Our groomer tried to get the yellow stains off of his feet. She said she wasn’t able to get them all off and thought he might have been standing in pee at the breeder’s. He was very thirsty and starving and he didn’t want the dog food so I had to give him eggs, cereal and treats until I could go out.
I took him to our vet one week later. His nails needed trimmed and, through a fecal sample, he was diagnosed with Giardia which none of the 8 dogs I’ve had previously ever had that. The vet said it’s very contagious and he could have picked it up at the breeder or in transport with the two other dogs he traveled with. I had to buy medication for that and I have to be very careful cleaning up his poop, his feet and his bedding.
I wouldn’t discourage anyone from buying a puppy from PuppySpot or the transportation company. I’d just advise anyone to ask questions about everything that is promised and then at pickup time I’d go over everything again.

Overall we had a really good experience. My biggest complaint is that every email you get, they are trying to get you to spend more money (insurance, toys, food….).

We are very happy with our new puppy
We are very happy with our new puppy. We received her clean and healthy from the breeder, who was kind and very helpful. This service was useful in that we were able to get a puppy of the size, breed, and color we had in mind. We would have appreciated more health information regarding the parents, including any genetic screening.

Puppy came by air and I was led to believe he would be transported by vehicle. I was charged $600. Air trans port is much cheaper but harder on the pup. I feel that you should get purchasers agreement before switching delivery type.

I wish I had the names, but the lady I spoke to as I made the final decision, which was great. She clearly communicated, asked the right questions, and was very patient.

The only thing that we didn't like
The only thing that we didn't like is that both Anthony and Victor are afraid to come near us and Anthony has been with us for over a week. Other than that they are both eating and drinking just fine,
