My puppy was under weight for his age, had ear infections in both ears, is struggling with gastritis issues. Passing bloody mucus. Checked for parasites, none found. Ears were so dirty, looked like breeder never cleaned them. This breeder didn't take care of this poor puppy. Very sad he went through all of this and feel PuppySpot should have known condition of puppies they sell.

We got a very expensive King Charles Spaniel and when we got him he had a herna. So now I have to get surgery. We did not know he had this until we got home and took him to our vet. In the paper work we got when we picked him up it was noted. Why would this have not been told to us before we got the puppy

We have since spoken with Ms Bender and highlight the care her puppy is entitled to under our 10yr Health Commitment. That includes hernia repairs when the time is right for that work to be done. We're glad we could help Ms Bender understand how our Health Commitment works to provide families piece of mind when dealing with some of the issues that arise as a puppy grows.

Our puppy arrived dirty! Both ears had yeast and bacterial infections! I was told I would get all the information on my new puppy. Mother father info. All I got was a sheet filled out from a vet. Oh by the way it said his ears were fine. I spoke with my vet about the ear infections, no they didn’t just happen. I read somewhere about the “puppy packet”! Didn’t get that either. When I first started working with puppy spot they seemed to be genuinely concerned about their pups. Now I feel that it’s all just a different kind of puppy mill!

Please reach out to us at [email protected] - ear infections can come up during the transition of a puppy from their breeder to their new home. That is what our Health Commitment is here to help with (https://www.puppyspot.com/terms-and-conditions-of-commitment). Your vet is right, they don't just happen, but the time between your pup visiting your vet and the time your pup saw the breeder's vet, something could have caused this. As for your question about a PupPack, you did not purchase one at the time you picked your puppy. You can check your invoice and see that you didn't pay for one.

I was ready to pick up my puppy July 13, it was confirmed, July 12 I found out my puppy was at another airport and I didn’t pick it up! I didn’t confirm for the 12th of July because I didn’t see the notification after I was confirmed for the 13th! I go to the airport after calling puppy spot confirming that my puppy was at the airport! When I get there it was not there anymore, I needed to pick her up in another place where I was extra charge $310 I felt so bad my puppy was for so long in this process!

Poor customer service, poor delivery We used Puppy Spot previously. The first experience was great. This one was terribly disappointing. Will no longer use or recommend Puppy Spot.

No communication about photos. We requested up to date photos 10 days before puppy arrival. We were informed the policy is to update photos every 2-3 weeks. This was never explained when inquiring about the puppy or at time of purchase. Puppy arrived with giardia and kennel cough. AWFUL

I just heard from a rep. after posting a 2 star review mainly based on my extreme displeased on how they elected to choose a itenery that added over 6 hours to my puppy being unnecessarily kept in a soiled crate and by adding a unnecessary layover in LAX. She shipped from Chicago to Portland Oregon. I contented that a direct flight from Chicago to Seattle would have cut out half the air time and in spite of causing me a longer drive to pick her up and I say that for the simple reason that I CARE, THE TRANSPORT COMPANY OBVIOUSLY DO NOT IT'S SIMPLY A MATTER OF WHATEVER IS CHEAPEST.The Rep contended the route chosen was the only alternative and to that I say, "tell it to someone who believes it" I don't and discouraged anyone from doing business with Puppy Spot unless they know in advance of paying all the details of the transportation. I received the itinerary 2 weeks following finalizing the deal. Don't trust them to do the right thing because they WON'T.

We regret that Mr Agatucci continues to state that we traveled his puppy to him without considering what was best for his puppy. We at PuppySpot and our travel partners take pride in putting each puppies best interests central to their travel. As we explained to Mr Agatucci prior to and again after his puppy's travel, the route we planned was indeed the most minimal time available to us. It is important to note that not every airline offers animal transportation and not to every airport. In this case, while the burden of a 7hr round trip to the final airport fell to Mr Agatucci, that is preferrable to an overnight kenneling that was our only other option. That would have added significantly more time to his pup's travel that we would not allow. We have and do apologize to Mr Agatucci that this was not ideal for his time, however, we remain firm in the belief that this itinerary was the best option for him to receive his puppy. It is unfortunate that his puppy messed themselves in transit but sometimes this happens while puppies are traveling for the very first time. From speaking with Mr Agatucci, we understand that his pup is doing well and while a bit skittish after transitioning to her forever home, we trust that given time and establishment of a schedule, they will enjoy many years together. We wish them the very best.
