PuppySpotReviews of puppyspot.com

Lots of beautiful pups to look at. Everyone I talked to was lovely, not pushy, very pleasant and helpful. From the person I called from the website to the person who was arranging transport and the transporter. Great communication every step of the way!

I love my puppy. She.was delivered to me as stated. She looks exactly like her picture showed.

Everyone communicated well and pickup was easy. No surprises. All great experience. If I had a question they always researched it and got back with me quickly

They were very helpful and friendly throughout the whole process!

This is the first time I have adopted a puppy from a breeder through an online service and it was a great experience! Puppyspot provided daily updates throughout the process and sent us lots of helpful information and discounts, etc. We met our fur baby River two days ago and he is as beautiful as he appeared in the pics and videos. We are totally in love with him.

The communication about my puppy and the added video was wonderful! The only glitch was when I was at the assigned destination for pick up. The dog drivers were running late and I had no idea where they were in a giant Costco parking lot. I think the guys should relay information on their status within the hour. Example might be-“We are a little behind schedule and we’ll be parked at the back of the parking lot.” Show a picture of their van would be helpful. I was very excited about seeing my puppy and driving around in circles in this unfamiliar parking lot was stressful.

We received Quest (now Winston) and are delighted. From my initial and multiple conversations with Puppy Concierge Lisa all our interactions were great.

I was so amazed about puppy spot. They were so helpful with purchase and especially the delivery of my dog Miles. Recommending them to all my friends. They get a super highest rating. karen
