We never received the microchip information/confirmation. When we contacted PuppySpot, they just sent us up-sale information. The puppy was supposed to be delivered to a location close to us..we had to drive to a different city to pick her up. I am also being bombarded by unwanted third party pet insurance emails. Your company is engaging in some unethical and shady tactics. If we do not receive the microchip information (without paying a ransom fee) I will be contacting the BBB.

I Really wish I could say we had an…
I Really wish I could say we had an excellent experience, but unfortunately I cannot. Right after we purchased our puppy my son found the same photos on another website. That puppy had a different name and was hundreds of dollars cheaper and we know it was the same dog when the "Found a Home" appeared at the same time on both websitesWe had to wait longer than we wanted to get her and then the transport got delayed by a day, in the heat of July, leaving me to pick her up all by myself, not ideal. We believe the transport experience contributed to all the anxiety issues this dog has. She is an adorable blonde lab that came with no lab traits; completely fearful of people - she would not leave the crate I brought her home in for over 24 hours!! She coward in the back. We had to had feed her and put water to her mouth for days. When I finally got her to come out of the crate we had an anxious, fearful, completely unsocialized 16 week old dog. She hated collars, so we couldn't leash her for potty training. She hates the crate to the point of having full on panic attacks with clawing, biting, barking and peeing and defacating in the crate. I have been working tirelessly with 2 different behavioral dog trainers to help this poor pup. I'm happy to report now that she is almost 6 months old and is socialized to people, is collar and leashed trained, potty trained for the most part, doing well with all the basic commands but still has panic attacks in the crate so this is a major challenge. We will never truly know what happened to this beautiful lab pup but it couldn't have been good for her to come to us acting like a rescue. I'm glad we have her now and can give her a good life but I cannot recommend Puppy Spot because somewhere along the line, either the breeder or the transport or most likely both, really negatively affected this poor girl. And my multiple calls to Puppy Spot resulted in zero help!! They left us hanging even with how to get her out of the crate that very first day. I would stay local if I ever got another dog. But this experience sadly is making me think she will be our last :(

Two and one half days after receiving our puppy we were up all night with him hacking and wheezing.
It was a Sunday night and we couldn't get him to the vet until 8 am on Monday.
They said he has a Lung infection and they are treating him with antibiotics and cough medicine.

Not as smooth as I expected
I give them 2 1/2 points, was not a selection. The original sales lady was pushy and not very forthcoming about where the puppy was located nor when she would be delivered and it was not an option for me to pick her up. I had to pay the $700+ for “their people” to deliver her in person. After calling several times and kept getting a sales person, they said I should have received a call from transportation office, and she was going to send “them” an email requesting someone contact me.
After a couple days of no one calling, I once again tried to get someone to answer my puppy delivery question, it took almost a day to finally get someone in the right department, they apologized and said I should have been contacted last week for delivery schedule - a little late. She proceeded to tell me my puppy was coming from IN and the next time they would be in my area (VA) would be September 21st - it was August 21st the day I called - I said that was unacceptable, I was not waiting a month to get my puppy, and said I would fly out to get her, which they agreed. So now I had to spend a one day round trip ticket to South Bend IN and back to VA, and an extra $125 for an 8 week old puppy airline ticket - was not happy I had to do the leg work and once they gave me the name of the breeder I had to look them up, as they would not give me any other information, to coordinate meeting me at the South Bend IN airport, day/time.
I asked Puppy Spot to reimburse me for the $700+ they charged me for their delivery fee, and she said they would only reimburse me $449.44 because the remainder was for the Vet fee’s (which I was never told I had to pay, I thought the breeder was paying her vet clearance visit), once again I was not happy with Puppy Spot.
Also, when I asked why their fee’s were an odd amount, I.e: $449.49 vice $500.00, the sales lady could not tell me why or how they did their billing. The total I paid for my puppy was an odd amount too, not even numbers. I had inquired about her sister the day after I purchased my puppy as she was still available and her price had been reduced - once again, to an odd number - and that if I wanted her sister she could knock off something like $200.00, I decided I didn’t want the sister…hmmm, I still don’t know what the breeder would have charged vice going through Puppy Spot.
On another note - I commend her breeder as they did a fantastic job interacting her with people, and familiarizing her with play toys. I love her as she is so loving and cuddles everyone. I think I now have stock in Chewy, as I went a little overboard.

Answering and communication
I would have liked more communication, seemed to compelled to sell a dog and get a deposit but when it came to after instructions, you guys went silent. I paid $711 dollars for transportation, thinking my dog is going to be flown out at 8 weeks. Website does say receive puppy at 8 weeks and required weight. I received my dog at 9 weeks and in GROUND TRANSPORTATION !
I mean the least the company can do is he upfront about that. I don’t hold pet premiere transportation liable for any of it . They did a great job. But the fact that you guys were not upfront that puppies does not travel in the cabin of the planes due to heat, and can ONLY be drove out there really would have made me rethink on my purchase. Be that’s false advertisement that you even give both options when they are not available none the less lying about getting the puppy at the age it’s listed on the site (8 weeks). $711 was incredibly to much and my dog could have been shipped by private jet at that point . Next my dog came with bump on its head, severally dehydrated and Hungary. My dog was very small in the stomach area and I am overall very displeased with the service I received after paying $3600 for a dog I’m having to mend up now. Will not be bringing future business here.

I didn’t like the lack of response to my text questions. Once I purchased the puppy I was completely ignored with any feedback to them. That was frustrating. I was told the puppy was in Dallas and it was two hours outside of Dallas. Leaving us with a 4 hour car ride.
