THIS IS A BROKER FOR PUPPY MILLS!!! The same dogs are on Pawrade with different names! Please do your research!!!! Reddit has tons of stories of people paying thousands for pups that are sick! Please do not buy a pup from here!

Puppy arrived with a horrible weeping eye infection and more dangerously…..Parvo. Arrived on a Saturday and had to be rushed to doctor by Sunday night. Hoping to save the poor little guy and incurring thousands of dollars in medical fees and missed work. Little to no response from PuppySpot. Running in circles speaking to and updating the situation as I’m passed around from rep to rep. We don’t have the additional funds. Single mom taking care of my mother with dementia. We’d hoped to inject more love and joy into the household with what savings I had but now that is all gone due to fraud (the medical paperwork sent with the dog does not in any way match the dog we have) and being sent a very ill dog. This experience has been nothing but horrible and scarring from my poor son who now can’t tell if his new friend will survive. Shame on Premier Pet delivery for taking zero notice of his eye infection. His eye was swollen shut when they delivered him.

The puppy I selected was not as advertised as far as personality, was never groomed and was delivered to me as a disheveled mess. Puppy Spot stated up front that there would be a partial refund. NOT!!! Be careful dealing with Puppy Spot. They’re only in business to get your money.

Puppy Mill Broker. Do not purchase from them. The breeder I got my little girl from abused her. She was raised indoors and anyone can tell she was abused verbally. If anyone raises their voice around her, she reacts. She now loves the outside, we walk everyday. She now has a great life, free from abuse and in a loving home. She had health issues and they won't reimburse a penny. Don't believe that BS health guarantee. Terrible!!! Run from this unbelievably unethical company that farm poor puppies just for money.

Puppy Spot lies. They promise "no puppy mill" guarantee and you cannot speak with the breeder until after your dog is delivered. Only to find that the breeder has no clue who your dog is. They have 91 dogs at a time. They promise "humane and safe" transport of your pet to avoid anxiety and issues. Our puppy was put on a van with no windows with 20 other dogs for 3 days from Indiana to CA. We asked a lot of questions and never got this info. She came screaming, crying, pull of poop and puke. Absolutely traumatized as they obviously yanked her out of her crate every 4 hrs. for 3 days to put her on a pad to go to the bathroom. They delayed her delivery b/c they obviously were needing to maximize profits to be sure and have at least 15 dogs in the van from Indiana to CA. We have now spent $2,500 with a trainer so far b/c she was fearful of people. No 4 mo. old puppy acts like she did. At 4 months she started limping. She has a congenital defect b/c of the breeder with the same parents breeding constantly who are passing on a genetic defect Havanese might have. So instead of socializing and training, she had to be in a cone and has had to be in a crate for 3 more months to not injure the surgery. Am sure there will be some OK puppies but do not trust a thing about what is advertised. These people need to be shut down. They are not truthful.

Thanks anyway

So far our experience has been terrible. The delivery times offered were extremely inconvenient. I.e., 5 hours away or in the middle of the night. When the dog arrived, he was covered in urine and feces. I immediately bathed him, and then within 10 minutes he started non-stop bloody diarrhea that has continued for 2 days. We've been to 2 different vets, trying to get this under control. It's still unclear what is wrong with the puppy.

I recently purchased a puppy from PuppySpot, they told me the puppy would get a final veterinary checkup before the final purchase, my puppy had an existent hernia documented by the vet, PuppySpot never called us back to disclosed the puppy's findings and sent the puppy off for delivery. My puppy has been having digestive issues ever since and will need surgery when she is strong enough for surgery. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and PuppySpot is refusing to take responsibility for this. They offered to pay $200 on a veterinary bill that will be about the same amount as the purchase of this poor animal ( with insurance). What they try to do is fraudulent both to the consumer and insurance company. Lastly, I will tell you the condition these puppy's are delivered in is horrendous. I have never smelled a worse smelling dog, it took about 2 weeks to get rid of this poor animals foul smell. I hope this helps somebody trying to purchase a dog from this company.
