PuppySpot had excellent communication with me through the entire process of waiting for my adorable multipoo to arrive. When I had questions they were quick to answer my phone call and patiently satisfied all my concerns. Premier pet delivery was very professional, friendly, and right on time. The puppy breeder, Karen Holmes was the best! She treats her dogs and puppies like family and did such a great job with my puppy that Bella has been so easy to crate and potty train and even slept through the night after being with us for 1 day. Karen has been very supportive for me and we have kept in touch. I have had puppies before and can see the difference a breeder makes in the kind of puppy you receive.

Our experience was 100% positive in all ways. Beginning with my initial contact with Puppy Spot representative Angel who answered my questions with honesty and professionalism. During the time while Hendrix was being processed, we received frequent updates on the process as well as very important information from Carolyn, Val and others regarding care and feeding of the puppy. Upon arrival at home, after a long journey from Indiana, as scheduled, and ON TIME, Premier Transport handlers Nathan and Cal provided excellent care during the trip, delivered Hendrix to his new home, clean, well fed, completely calm, not showing any signs of anxiety or nervousness. The puppy has blended into the family without any issues, settling in in record time, his appetite is good, sleeps through the night. My congratulations to his breeder. I would not hesitate to recommend Puppy Spot to anyone desiring to adopt a quality puppy, coupled with equal quality service.
