Molly is a darling puppy.
Molly is a darling puppy with so much energy. However she arrived with ear infections in both ears. Since she arrived on Friday, I can’t call my vet until tomorrow. I have had experience with dog ear infections and flushed and cleaned them until she is a bit more comfortable.

After reviewing everything
After reviewing everything, what bothers me the most is the limited to ZERO contact I had with the breeder! Very discouraging! Did the the breeder do a journal on my dog every week? Most reputable breeders would have done this! I didn’t get a copy of my dogs weekly accomplishments and I feel I should have for this amount of money! Did PuppySpot do good by me! Yes, but what I listed above is how they could of done better!

PuppySpot did a really good job
PuppySpot did a really good job. The purchase process was easy, they communicated well and delivery went great. The only downside was the constant upselling. That got old quick.

David was amazing to work with when we…
David was amazing to work with when we adopted Chase. Follow up texts and emails regarding his delivery were great! However, we ordered the puppy starter kit and never received it, even after several attempts to resolve the lost package during shipment. I was told 6 times via email and phone calls that I would hear back regarding the issue and I never received a call, text or email. A $200.00 purchase that we never received. I even tried to resolve the issue with UPS and was not able to because I was not the shipper of the package. Very disappointed at the outcome.

There was a small lack of communication…
There was a small lack of communication after payment was processed, but all in all our experience was really good. Everyone was very pleasant and kind to talk too.
