To force a senior with eye diseases to have to drive in the dark was extremely disrespectful. The drivers of Premier could have delivered closer to where live and could have waited until daylight. When I got to Latham, they were asleep in their van, so it was no big deal for them to wait one more hour. After that, they refused to give me the carrier - which I had paid for, by the way - to bring the puppy home. I am very dis-satisfied with the way this one went down.

Selection is Great. Communication is poor There were a lot of puppies to choose from, which is wonderful. However, when I talked to them about delivery, I picked a week. They they rescheduled, which was okay. However, when I called to confirm a few days of the new date, they had rescheduled without telling me. It was going to be 2 months after I bought the puppy until there was a chance I would receive her. So, I ended up driving 16 hours to pick up the puppy because they refused to guarantee delivery. Also, the process is extremely expensive, and the breeder never even put a collar on the dog so at 5 months she struggled.

Our puppy is a sweetheart, but when we received him he had a parasite and ear infection. We were reimbursed for the cost of the medications needed. We also were told his crate training would have been started and it appears that he had not started it. Overall, the experience was kind of strange and we didn't really have a whole lot of information about him or the process of when we were picking him up. I had asked for an updated weight or size so we could be prepared and they said that we should just wait to get him home before we get any items. This is difficult since we received him late at night meaning that pet stores were closed and we could not purchase a crate or collar/leash. Lots of little things that seemed not to go smoothly, but love our boy now that he is home

Did not give the owner our correct phone number; therefore, we were unsure if they would be there when we got to the meeting place. Did provide contact information for the owner so we could contact them. Also giving our contact information to way, way to many spam places and solicitors

Very, very expensive. Obviously, I was aware of what my puppy would cost and blindly went through the purchase. It wasn’t until I picked up the puppy from the breeder that I realized I could have paid less than half as much if I went directly with him. granted, I never would’ve found my puppy without Puppy Spot. And for that, I am grateful.

Im giving the 2 stars because the dog is finally here and its the dog I ordered but I have to say this company was AWFUL to work with, I had to threaten them with legal action to get the dog, they said it would take 2 weeks, it was about 6. Everything is on their time schedule and they don't take into account yours. After you order the dog they won't communicate well further. We called to see if it was a scam and they lied to who they thought was a potential customer and said the dog has already been delivered to us, it was 4 more weeks of waiting after that. It was just a very stressful process and the company should a get a one star in customer relations. Would not recommend.

puppy is underweight,took to emergency hospital after 2 days because of throwing up.not gaining weight and not 2 much play for being 4 months old.goes to vet this tuesday oct 3 to see if they can figure out what is going on.not to happy.

Our initial call to puppy spot was good and talked a friendly and knowledgeable person. We had difficulty setting up a pick up time. The administrator that we dealt with was not at all flexible with pick times. When we picked up our wonderful puppy he was dirty, smelly and had eye discharge. On the way home was coughing. A few days later we got him into our veterinarian and was diagnosed with kennel cough and pneumonia. We contacted puppy spot and received a message 7 days later stating they would contact us within 48 hrs. They called back 24hrs later and left a message say to call back. Called back they couldn’t help us. No one available in that department they would call us back. That was over 30 hours ago. Great puppy horrible service.
