Overall my experience was excellent! Had a few things that I would have liked to seen happen a little more differently or more urgently. But in the end all my questions were answered.

Great experience. The only issue is that the location of puppies is not initially stated. Probably would have looked for a closer one. 2 days travel on cyman was hard. even tho staff did their best. Puppyspot is great source of puppies. As you know this is my second puppy from your organization; my Brady passed away early August. But life is good now with cyman who really thinks his name is griffen.

I saw a beautiful, sable, black-faced male shih tzu on their website and fell in love with the pic. I was looking for another shih tzu to be a buddy for my current shih tzu, Jean Pierre. I bought the pup, who I named Gaston, for some $4K including the concierge service. Everything was very smooth - they have a pretty, effective communication campaign of insurance, puppy starter kits, etc. Well, last night, Gaston arrived. The concierge service is great. Really friendly, nice couple of guys. He is a beautiful, plump,healthy, friendly and sweet little shih tzu. His first night he cried a bit, but slept all night. Paper-work was immaculate. He is actually gold, with some speckling of his face. He does have two white paws and a white chest. My wife really likes him (it was a surprise birthday gift.) For some people, going to the actual breeder, and choosing your actual puppy, might be the preferred route. I unfortunately, do not have the luxury of time, and so PuppySpot is a great alternative. So, I give them 5 stars.

From my initial contact with William Patterson to talking to the breeder Jonathan gravy to the perfect delivery by Ryan and gunner my experience was five star plus Jonathan and William were always there to answer any questions plus Santiago and Daniel and other staff on the help contact and my puppy was delivered in luxury with loving attention by Ryan and gunner thank you Puppyspot. I love my little girl Wendy I am a very happy customer will refer you to anyone interested PS however I didn’t like all the over the top selling moments. I’m an experienced puppy owner. I don’t need things and it the pressure of selling things I had to ask to stop Thankyou five star plus Puppyspot.
