Experience was great links not so much
The experience overall was tremendous. The downside was the follow up emails that contained broken links and when reaching out regarding those broken links, we never received a response. Overall, our newest addition is happy, healthy, and doing amazing thank you for the safe delivery.

Good communication
Good communication. However, puppy was delivered 2 days earlier than planned.

I felt they were very acclimated to people and played most of the time and I sleep on the floor next to their crate. We love them.
I felt it took a while to get things going and of course waiting for the puppies was hard. But they were pretty comfortable with us in several hours. They played a lot and eat without instance. we love them and they are so sweet, thank you for whatever you did but they acclimated except for potty train. Tomorrow will be another day. Thank you

Customer Support Addressed the Delivery Mix-Up
Original: The selection and ordering process was excellent. However, once the order was placed, receiving updates and correct information regarding delivery was nearly impossible. Customer service was poor. Answers to emails were slow and often conflicted with messages received directly from the courier. I also selected and was charged for home delivery, then told that was not available at the last minute, so I still had to drive to a pickup spot to receive the puppy -- with no refund. The contracted courier was excellent, but PuppySpot needs some work to manage their accounts. Update: PuppySpot reached out and rectified the issues I had with delivery.

Lots of communication
Lots of communication. that was good. David our sales rep was great to deal with. Customer service after I placed the order was so-so... not great. Not very informed or helpful and hard to understand. Pup did arrive with multiple parasites and vet told me her first vaccines according to records were given at 4 weeks which is too early. Paperwork even says those vaccines should be given at 6-8 weeks. The 10 yr health guarantee has so many caveats that it doesn't seem worth the investment. Delivery process was smooth and well communicated. We are very pleased with the puppy in the end.

The handler was great at communicating
The handler was great at communicating. She kept me in formed frequently on the delivery day. The pup is very healthy and active. Very sweet personality. However, he came dirty. I cleaned him and groomed him. He has a grooming appointment this week.
