Puppy arrived terrified. Puppy arrived with Cochina. Paid for VIP door to door within two weeks. Puppy had to be flown here instead because Puppyspot couldn’t get the arrangements worked out within the two week window.

They told me the all puppies are healthy but me got sick two days later. The vet told me he came that way and PuppySpot refused to take responsibility for sending me a sick puppy.

The dog was not at all potty trained as told, was not socialized at all, and overly timid and cowed. So, did not seem like she was taken care of well when at Puppy Spot.

The dog showed up with blood in its stool and full grown dew claws. She was in horrible shape and we have to take her to the vet at the moment we got her. She is not healthy right now. This is not good with how dirty and unkept she was.

Communication after initial selection and purchase of puppy was horrible! Paperwork problems prevented initial flight. Follow up was nearly nonexistent. Wasn’t able to talk to anyone at PuppySpot who would listen and address flight problems. I ended up having to book a flight to Miami from Minneapolis to get the puppy.

Purchased an AKC puppy, was told AKC paperwork would be paid for and puppy would be microchipped. None of this was true after they charged me $110. Also puppy had surgery just before we picked her up and was never disclosed until she was in my arms. Very poor outcome to a normal happy situation. Contacted support and was promised refunds but no one ever called back. Also purchased Fetch insurance as recommended and they didn’t cover check ups from surgery. Entire experience has been extremely disappointing.

DO NOT purchase any puppies from Puppy Spot!. Their puppies are from Puppy Mills!. We purchased a 9 week old puppy from their ‘reputable/vetted breeder’. Upon ONE week of having the puppy, brought her to the Vet for first visit. Puppy has PARASITES, EAR MITES, and YEAST EAR INFECTION!!!!. The 'breeder' operates under ‘Hidden Road Doodles, Baltic, Ohio’. This is a PUPPY MILl and I’m sure the conditions are BEYOND DEPLORABLE!!!!!. The parasite the puppy has is GIARDIA!!!!!. DO NOT do business with Puppy Spot or their ‘so called breeders’. I’m besides myself that I got DUPED into buying a sick puppy from a PUPPY MILL. The breeder should be jailed!!.

At first this website seemed amazing! So did our “agent” Jordan who helped us pay for our puppy and talk us through the process. It was great until my payment went through. I never heard from Jordan again. I wasn’t able to speak to the breeders and when I called puppyspot back i was sent to a different person at a call center every time. Not a dealbreaker but when it came time to get my breeders information 2 days before my girlfriend and I need to drive 2 hours.. I decided to give my breeder a call and see how our pup is doing because the breeders never update the photos after purchase. Once my breeder answered he told me my puppy had died yesterday and that he told Puppy spot but they never got back with me. Then it took over a week to get my $3,400 dollars back with no sign that I would for sure or not. ( I had to call 2-3 times everyday and beg for a manager) I don’t know for sure but I have suspicion this place helps run puppy mills. I’m sure this will get deleted but just praying you all don’t make the same mistake I did by using this horrible website
