We recently adopted a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel through PuppySpot, and our experience has been outstanding from beginning to end. A few weeks before the scheduled arrival, PuppySpot proactively informed us that the breeder had identified a minor congenital issue. They were completely transparent, provided all the details we needed, and gave us the space to decide whether to proceed. PuppySpot delivered Charlie the evening before scheduled and the process was seamless. The puppy, Charlie, was well cared for and interacted with us and our other two pets and Charlie is well adjusted and fits right in

After almost 3 weks after my order I had not heard about travel plans. I called and that started the ball rolling. Within 5 days I had my puppy. Once the process started it was seamless. The puppy arrived and was delivered safely by James from Pet Premier. All of the medical records and information from the breeder was provided. We love our new puppy.

We had a great experience with puppy stop Andres was very patient with us with all of our questions and had all the answers. From picking her to completing the process the whole team was great keeping you in the loop from start to finish. The only thing that I wish would allow was talking to the breeder and getting more videos. Upon picking her up the puppy carrier was well informed also. We are very happy.

PuppySpot (and all their people) have been just great. The delivery drivers...not-so-much. All their answers to questions (ANY question) were "The papers are in the office," which might have been great but we were NOT in any office! Delivered around 10 PM early because "we are in the area" totally unexpected but made do. On delivery puppy seemed "drugged" but perked up quickly.

I have NEVER gotten a puppy online, or directly from a breeder in my life. I was extremely nervous and was praying it wasn’t a scam, it’s Christmas time and scammers are out n about! But…TinkerBell is so awesome and so is PuppySpot. They held my hand through the whole process, kept checking in with me, giving updates, etc. Even after I got home with my new puppy! This is out right WONDERFUL
