Honey’s Arrival
The transporters were running late due to bad weather so they phoned us to give an update. Much appreciated. They arrived before their estimated new time and were extremely helpful and professional with the transfer of Honey to our care. Kudos to all for such excellent service. Honey is doing well and assimilating easily into our little family.

Superior Service & Communication
This is my third puppy from Puppyspot and the first where my little golden retriever was delivered from MO to my home directly in central NY. I cannot say enough good things about not just this experience, but every one that I have had thus far in obtaining gorgeous bundles of joy for the family. I sincerely appreciate not only everything I have mentioned, but for the fantastic drivers Ryan and Sebastian who got her here in not the best of weather given that it's December in central NY. All my thanks and this is why I am a repeat customer of Puppyspot.

Convenient and Accurate
Transportation, veterinary exam and accurate photos and videos of our new puppy were very helpful in the decision process. Providing easy access to pet insurance and great customer service over the phone, through email and text was also convenient and helpful. Our puppy came with her health record (including updated vaccinations), microchipped (with directions to update the address and name), and a bag of puppy food.

Puppy Spot did a great job of…finding us the puppy fo our dreams.
Puppy Spot did a great job of explaining their process and answering our questions. We couldn’t ask for a sweeter puppy. I will say we weren’t overly pleased with the transport service but would definitely recommend Puppy Spot for all your new puppy wishes.
