What an amazing experience. From my first inquiry until my little pup was delivered it was great customer support. The concierge answered all my questions and I had a ton! They kept me informed every day with great updates and information. Even checking in after delivery. And the transport team also top notch! If you’re looking to adopt a fur baby PuppySpot is the place to go to. Friendly informative and door to door service. It was not the least expensive option but so worth every penny because they truly care and insure great service and treated me like a true friend along the process. They provided me an estimated delivery date and they exceeded it. I received a beautiful healthy happy puppy. I highly recommend if you are looking to adopt a puppy, Puppy Spot is the best

Molly is a sweet puppy with so much energy and personality. Unfortunately, she arrived with ear infection in both ears. Since she came home on Monday, I haven't been able to see my vet yet. I have dealt with ear infections before so I carefully cleaned and flushed the ears to make her more comfortable until her appointment.
