Picked out the puppy I liked and paid online. Before the puppy was shipped, she was taken to a vet for a final health check. At that inspection, the vet noted a slight underbite. They called me and told me of the finding and sent photos. As a house-pet, this was not a problem for me. I had the option to go back to puppy spot and choose another dog or continue. Also, the puppy came with a “Users Manual” provided by the breeder telling me about her parents, vet check report and what food she was on, on including a bag to get me started. The breeders phone number was included in case i had any questions. The puppy was delivered to my doorstep by a Pet Transport group exactly as promised.

Lots if communication with the organization, but would have liked to correspond directly with breeder as to temperament and personal observations about the puppy. That said, we couldn’t be happier with our new puppy! Absolutely adorable, adapted well and great personality!

I like everything about the company except the customer service people need to talk better English. It was very hard to understand what they were saying every time you call.

I appreciate the prompt responses and how they found the answers when they were not sure. I started out with a male pup but just could not sit well with my decision. I called back and asked if my account could be changed over to a female I chose. I expected to get some push back, but no, not at all. I was treated very well. I got the female I wanted and could not be happier.

We selected the chaperone delivery for our puppy. About 4 days before her arrival we received 2 packages of accessories for her, but no crate. We were told she would come with her own kennel for crate training when she arrived. The pet transport people said no they don’t bring kennels with the pups and I wasn’t the first person to ask. So we had to go find an appropriate size crate after our puppy arrived. Our puppy arrived; full of energy with the sweetest personality.

Dog arrived rather late at night (9:00PM) but seems healthy and happy. Thank you.

Overall went well. Customer service was great. Communication with puppy spot was clear. Only recommendation would be to have a better system Of communication between buyer and breeder.

Puppy GREAT. Communication overall was good but sometimes too many emails about the same things. If declined 3 times that should be enough, stop sending them over and over.
