Very rude and unhelpful staff
Very rude staff who hung up on my multiple times. They never called me back once. They all say the same speech like they are reading from note cards. Very repetitive and unhelpful. I asked for a simple temperance video for a dog I would like to make a service dog, a manager said they could and the rest of the employees said they don't know what the manager said but they wont provide any video. Sounds like a big scam website.

We were told that the puppy would be…
We were told that the puppy would be checked by a vet to insure a healthy puppy would arrive. Turns out that our new puppy had diarrhea. Took him to our local vet and found that our new puppy had two parasites. This is a major problem.

MY DOG WAS DIEING WHEN HE ARIVED WE HAD 2 DAYS AT THE EMERGENCY VET
THW PUP WAS NOT CARED FOR IN HIS TRAVEL AND WENT FOR DAYS WITH OUT FOOD AND WAS RUSHED TO A EMERGENCY VET TWO DAY IN AROW I FEEL I NEED TO CONTSULT MY LAWYER AS THIS IS A BREACH OF YOUR CONTRACT

The only positive is we got a dog.
No updated pictures in 4 whole weeks . All emails were pushing their pet insurance. Pet was supposed to be transported to my home, but the carrier refused to come within 2 hours of the home. Transporters communicate in the middle of the night. Transporters were hours late. Very late in the evening. My dog was very ill upon arrival.

I bought a male
I bought a male. A week before delivery they called and said he was in fact a she. I still wanted the puppy I picked. She got here and within a half hour I realized she was not the dog I bought. AGAIN, I still want to keep her because its not her fault and we were already in love with her. I asked if they could do any refund because of all the mess-ups and still have not heard anything a week later. I found that when I was purchasing a pup, I was consistently contacted. Now that I had these issues, they don't get back to me in a timely matter and when I do get ahold of someone, they barely speak English.

Once I paid for my puppy my sales…
Once I paid for my puppy my sales representative Toni completely ghosted us. At the end of our call he promised to get us additional photos of our puppy and he has not replied to a single text for 2 weeks. Absolutely disgusting behavior. I could not get a hold of anyone
I could not get a hold of anyone once I paid. Suddenly no one returned my text. I was afraid I had been taken in by a con, when days would go by without a reply. I did get my puppy, and she is perfect, but the service was terrible.

Not even sure this is the same…
Not even sure this is the same Maltese. Picture must have been faked. He has brown in him, long unkept hair, dirty ears. For $5000 I had to groom him. Very disappointed!
