My experience on getting the dog has…
My experience on getting the dog has been a long journey ran into a few snacks. I was upset by the delay in getting the dog. She came weeks after the original promised date and even though I called and confirmed and text and confirm several times that you had the wrong address you still delivered her to the wrong address, but she came to me, healthy and happy and so while the experience wasn’t really a five now that she’s here, I’m happy.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for your patience throughout the process. We understand how frustrating delays and delivery issues can be, especially when you were eagerly awaiting your puppy. While we’re sorry the experience was not seamless, we’re glad to hear she ultimately arrived healthy and happy. If there’s anything you’d like to discuss further, our team is always here to help.
