The whole team was very kind and informative of the process. Everything was addressed professionally, and the coordinated communication between all parties (breeder, vets, transport, and support) to me was well coordinated and made me feel good about how things worked out. Our new puppy is a wild little guy with a ton of energy and we are so happy to have him join our crew. Thank you to all involved.

The process was so seamless, the amount of contact and emails that I received was perfect. The handful of phone calls that I made with questions, were received happily and my answers given. The gentleman that delivered our new family member were kind, friendly, caring to all the puppies. You can see that they loved what they did and that they took care of the babies on the delivery.

Puppy was delivered on time His papers were in order. He did come with an ear infection which was bad but otherwise a healthy happy puppy. Update: PuppySpot informed us that their guarantee would cover the cost of the ear infection. They were extremely pleasant and did reimburse us.

Wasn't as caring and thorough as the other puppies that we have bought. The communication was lacking and the food that was listed was not what the breeder was feeding them. Microchip wasn't provided as stated we have to schedule and location even though it was a bit closer was changed during our trip to pick up. This one was just off compared to the rest. Thought even though we have bought 4 other puppies from you that there also might be more than the current promo of discount. Understanding but disappointed with that. Puppy spot did a great job on following up on this with in a couple hors of posting. The conversation was actually verbal and not through text. The care that the team took was fantastic.
