The puppy is adorable however he arrived 4hrs later than expected He has worms and guardia and needs medication as a result of fecal exam . This came from Breeder as i took him to the vet the morning after he arrived

We paid a high price for an 8 week old puppy but he was almost 14 weeks when we got him. The price of his litter mates has been drastically reduced by that age.

My first experience with PUPPYSPOT was almost 6 years ago. I bought Ophelia. She had no tail and she had one retained dew claw. I had it removed. This time, the dog Asher Spence, Dallas as he was originally named, was listed as a white dog, but when he came I noticed he had cream ears. The breeder said it would lighten, but it’s hard to say how much. I paid for a white dog. I am also very disturbed with the refund/cancellation policy. I the 3-day window you forfeit 25%, and after 3 days you forfeit 50%. In my case the dog was not delivered for another month. I bought him when he was 7 weeks old and I did not receive him until he was 14 weeks old. He had no training and he did not know his name. I asked for him to be taught his name. Nothing. I was also not able to contact the breeder until after I received the dog. There were questions that the PUPPYSPOT associates could not answer. I don’t think the puppies are vetted properly before they are delivered, or PUPPYSPOT would have known these answers. This is not good business and I wouldn’t recommend PUPPYSPOT to my friends.

Overall, Puppyspot was great. I could always reach someone by phone. Arguably, the most important part is the delivery. My delivery was set for 11/1 @ 12:00 am. My first thought was that this is a typo. It took 4 phone calls to verify that 12:00 am was correct. Who delivers anything at midnight? My puppy arrived on 10/31 . Is 12:00am the 31st or the 1st? A 24 hour difference. After many phone calls for clarification, it seems the consensus was split . My suggestion was to implement a policy, never to use 12:00 am as a reference. 11:59pm or 12:01 am would have saved much confusion.

I flew to St Louis not knowing if the breeder was going to meet me because I could not get to West Plains by noon. If I had not called numerous times as I traveled I would not have gotten my puppy. In addition, I have not been reimbursed the $199 I paid for the breeder to meet me at the airport, which did not happen.

I love my puppy, but it was stressful for me receiving her. There was little communication about her transportation, especially when the date was changed to a later one. It was barely transactional for getting a new member of the family.

Puppy arrived with worms and severe ear infections in both ears.

Transport was excellent! I will recommend them to everyone that I know that needs à pet transported. Puppyspot needs considerable work on communication skills. They were cold and I felt like I wasn't going to be allowed to get my puppy unless I agreed not to give them a bad review. They had discovered a health problem. It was a very uncomfortable experience.
