My dog pees on my rugs which is very disturbing I have three dogs. Two have always gone outside, but the one doesn't like to. One of them is using the pad. I can't catch which one. Hopefully it's the right one

I was very impressed with Emma‘s quick response and suggestions which I will try. It is so nice to know that someone has my back with these issues! I hope I can get them resolved because right now. I am a little disappointed in this product.

Emma in Customer Service was the best. I had not toggled to Medium and inadvertently ordered large. As soon as I got my confirmation I reached out and Emma responded. She took care of reaching out to the right department and responded right back to me. She has followed through to my delivery today. It means the world to have this kind of customer service in a world where customer service has gotten so bad.

I have a 16-year-old Shih Tzu and a 2-year-old mixed Shih Tzu/Poodle. Every day I would come home from work and have to clean up a big mess because the dogs would miss the pee pads completely. I was spending a lot of money on pee pads and paper towels to clean up the piss. I ordered three of these pads over a month ago and have yet to have to clean up a mess from where they have missed. I no longer dread coming home every day to clean up a mess. Give it a shot to see if they work for you. I know they work for me.

We're trying to teach our rescue dog to use pee pads which she is doing most of the time. We purchased the Puppy Pads for a practical reason. They're washable, a good size (L) don't need to be changed as often as pee pads. Right now she is using a pee pad on top of the Puppy Pad. We fold the wet pee pad each time so it gets smaller until we can eliminate them all together. This seems to be working. Our dog is a 13yr old found as a stray. I'm sure she was trained at some point but got used to going wherever she was at the time. Love the look and size of the pads.

These are amazing!! My dogs love them and no more accidents!! Easy to keep and hold up way better than the paper plastic ones.
