These pads are great! Our puppy was raised on piddle pads but we used these and saved so much. Our puppy is down to one pad as she transitioned to outside. They wash so nice and the laundry pads are wonderful.

I was skeptical at first with all the products out there that advertise a product to assist with puppies and older dogs to go on a pad if they are not use to going outside to do their business. But once we bought the puppypad (X6) to be sure placing them around the house where we found them using. It was awesome to see my oldest and then youngest use the pad withing a minute of laying them down. They both try to make it outside but k ow that if they can't make it the puppypad is available. I know alot of people have reviews and such (which most reviews are emplyees) i hope you all can believe me when I say these worked great. The wife loves the fact that she can just wash then these and put right back and they still use them when needed. Will be ordering again when we need too. Thank you, Michael and Brenda Johnson

What a great company! I placed my order and realized the next day that I had the wrong address for delivery. I reached out to them and they jumped through hoops to get it corrected. And my order came within a week! The pads even worked as advertised. My little boy goes right to them I can’t say enough about the customer service here. I would give them 10 stars if I could! They have a customer for life!

This company went over the top in CS. I highly recommend doing business with them as I consider them to be trust worthy and at the top of my list for best companies who care about their customers

UPDATED REVIEW FROM NOV 2025: Dec 1st—PuppyPad called back and Andrew was so responsive. He was professional and personable throughout our discussion. I am very happy with the company’s response—they will be correcting the recurring shipments mistake and have already refunded me the recent order amount PLUS gave me 20% off my initial order. I would like to clarify that the order mixup was just a communication issue and I’ll admit most likely my buyer error. (Oops) This company & Andrew went over and above to ensure this customer was satisfied with the end result…which is a rarity these days! Please try this company out if you are interested in their products.
