Unfortunately I do like the look of the pads, but the Wee Wee pads are much easier to use. When they are soiled I just put them in the trash.

Do not send the product unless the customer needs it.You keep sending me boxes of the detergent for the pads. I have 5 boxes and don,t need any for awhile.Your puppy pads really work and are great and my 3 Dashunds if they can,t get out they use them

How to not use the pads. My 4 pound puppy used the pads well for the first while,then started using the bathroom everywhere. I learned do not praise or give them treats they will stop. Also cover a large area with pads. I use three large pads so she can circle. For 2 days she is back to using them without fail. She is only 8 months old , leaving her whole family and owner. Don't give up...

Update: I did get a direct call from management and Andrew was quick to fix the situation. The pads did not work for us, but they were worth the try. I am happy with the final conversation. Originally, I had a terrible experience with the customer service team.

Costumer service was very helpful, but so far my dog doesnt use the pad, only plays with it

I bought 6 pads from the company. I got a bit worried when there was not much communication. In fact there was no ship receipt or quick thanks for purchasing, in the bag They finally came today and my little ones started using it right away. However, because I needed a recall of this products' quality, use, etc I started Googling "puppy pads". Several places popped up. All exactly alike in every possible way except who was sellling them.and claiming the same thing with the pheromones. Only thing... their cost was only $5-7!

My pads haven’t shipped after over two weeks. I was signed up for a subscription to laundry sheets that there is no way to cancel online. Customer service has not responded to my emails. UPDATE: Finally received the pads after around 2 months and customer service canceled the subscription.

Love the PuppyPad product, it does everything they say it does. However, somehow without awareness, I apparently signed up to receive laundry detergent sheets on autoship. Company has a phone #, but that # refers you to their email. It claims on the notification email for the detergent sheets, that it is easy to cancel, NO it is NOT easy to cancel! I have sent my cancellation into the void, we'll see how it goes. Buyer beware!! Again, the pee pads are a great product, the autoship of unwanted merch, not so much.
