I’m really disappointed by the false claim they make about their “90-day risk free trial.” My little chihuahua is a rescue and would not go near it at all. She has a lot of trauma issues and I expected she would be slow to warm. Alas, it didn't work and the pad was unused and in pristine condition. I emailed the CS team and it took them several day to answer. Long story short - they wanted me to pay for shipping OR take a 75% haircut on the refund and just keep the pad that I cannot use because my dog has too much trauma. Below please see my response: I’m sick of going back and forth about this but you should reconsider stating on your website that you provide a “90-day risk free guarantee.” It’s not risk free as you make me either spend money on return shipping or have to take a 75% cut on my refund. That’s pretty disingenuous. Especially since your own colleague said I could get a shipping label from you emailed to me, which you now refute. My rescue dog never ever touched the pad so it is in resealable condition. With that being said, I can’t drive to a courier due to my broken ribs. I’m left with no other option but to take the 25% refund. Thus, please proceed with the partial refund.

I'm reviewing puppypad.co. Tried their "amazing" pee pads for our shih tzu, who is litterbox trained. Tried everything and she would not transition so I contacted the company, which is very difficult because they make it impossible to find their contact info. When I bought them it was written on the purchase page (and I read the refund policy) that you could try them out for a full refund within 90 days if your dog wouldn't use it. I did that but was then told they won't take them back "for hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns for opened or used PuppyPads." That was the point of the 90 days - to try them out! Can't do that in plastic packaging. And I noticed the refund policy has been changed to make it more difficult. Still 90 days but with rules that benefit them. No refund for us even though that was the promise. Don't buy from them; if the pads don't work the company is a scam and you will NOT get your money back. The returns address is in Watertown, Wisconsin. I'm ashamed they are located in my state. What a rip off.

There’s no way to reach customer service!!! I’ve already sent multiple emails and have not heard back at all!!

Bought this for my aging dog who has been having accidents in the house. He has gone everywhere but on the pad.

I only spent this much on a puppy pad because I had read the reviews and thought this would work on my 8yr YorkiePoo because she is waking me up at night. When I put the pad on the floor, she didn't even smell the so called "pheromones", she walked right over the pad. I woke up the next morning, and she had peed right beside the pad!!! I have requested a refund and have not had a response yet!

Worst customer service never received the product and they ignore for money back stay out of this scam

My dogs walk right past them and only use them about 50% of the time. They do leak out the sides. Upon ordering I was the 100 th customer and thought I was getting something free but turns out I was charged 50.00 for being so lucky. I emailed them right away and received a response that I could return the extra’s I was charged for. Yes, I pay shipping with a 5% restocking fee? They don’t work as well as stated, their 100th customer is a scam and their returns will cost me more than tossing them. Don’t waste your money.

First of all the advertising is way off base. They say that the pad attracts all dogs to the pad. UNTRUE. My dog will pee anywhere but on the pad. If I move it to where he peed previously he pees elsewhere. I used all the tips they gave me after I complained and still nothing worked. Also, it is not made in the US as stated by Puppy Pad as it shipped from China and upon receipt of the product it states made in China. Second, I requested a refund. They offered $10 (I paid $50). If I want to return I pay postage, and they will inspect it upon receipt and adjust my refund accordingly. So you are at the mercy of them. If you want it back due to the discrepancy in refund you would have to again pay postage. I'm not sure where the "good" reviews are coming from but they are clearly no representative of this product. Total scam!!!
