Good customer service.

Service was great. When I put the pad down my dog didn’t seem interested in it, but let’s just say the weather has been great so she does go outside. She only uses pads for emergencies. I was starting to think these weren’t any good but one morning she left me a surprise on it. What I did was put the pad down on top of her pee pad so that she would know it was where she still could go. My only regret was that I think I should have ordered a size up. I ordered the small and it is small.the only reason I gave it a 4 star was it was in us money and these were very expensive with the exchange.

I received a phone call for him puppy pad company and they offered to reimburse me 20% of my order until my order came in. He took the time to explain how it works and I appreciate that he took the time to contact me immediately. I feel like we will see our order soon. Thank you puppy pads for reaching out !!🥰 We ordered this product and were supposed to receive 6 pads and the soap for them and have not received order. There is no customer service number..

Edited: a supervisor reached out and issued a full refund and apologized the customer service experience. The company refuses to honor their money-back guarantee. I contacted them multiple times over the course of a month and they wouldn't respond other than to try to convince me to keep the item. I am now disputing the charge with my credit card company due to their scammy business practices.

We have sent three emails regarding the puppy pads we ordered and have received no response. This level of communication is completely unacceptable. We ordered small pads but realized we needed medium size pads and have been trying to reach someone to correct this issue. The company was very responsive before we placed the order, but since receiving it, there has been zero follow-up or customer support. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had with a company in terms of customer service. I would never recommend purchasing from Puppy Pad Company. 11/22/2025: After leaving my review, the company reached out via phone. Daniel worked with me to fix the issue.and he went above and beyond to make things right. I appreciate the effort to correct the problem and I am updating my rating to reflect an improved experience. Thank you!

An update - Since my review, Puppy Pad has refunded my purchase and is sending me a puppy bed. I’m happy with their response! Terrible experience. My dog will not use the PuppyPad. He was using disposable pads consistently, but after trying PuppyPad, he’s peeing all over the house. I don’t have a problem with PuppyPad about the non-use. I have a major problem with trying to get them to honor their 90 day return policy. I’m well within the 90 days and have contacted them several times. I get an auto email in response saying to contact them if I need help. I keep telling them I need help, but so far, I haven’t gotten any.

The puppy pad are incredible. My only complaint is the size. We need bigger pads for our three med/large dogs.

They gave me some useful information on how to get my Corgi to use the pads he is still in the learning phase working hard to find his comfort spots I can't remember the date, but I gave another review on January 8th.
