I purchased three puppy pads and got three free. I use these two of my dogs and they did not use the puppy pads. They would sit on the puppy pads, but when it came time to urinate or poop, they would do it next to the puppy pad. I even tried putting their blue pads on top Which did not work. I wrote to puppy pad and they were willing to take the pads back and give me a refund. It has been three weeks and I have not yet received my refund despite returning the unused pads. Also, buyer beware. They charge you for dryer sheets and sprays, and automatically ship them to you without your knowledge which is also very frustrating so make sure you read the fine print.

wants me to pay $38 just to get my refund. They said it was no question asked refunds.

Ordered pads, finally got them, wrong color,I ordered beige, got grey hate them. Got ahold of you, you agreed my order was correct it was your mistake. Told me you would send beige pads right away and for me to keep the grey ones. Said you were sooo sorry.,(gave you great review for service). But stupid me...it has been weeks and no pads have been delivered!!!! And not a word from you..I am 84, house bound, with very serious congestive heart failure, AFIB and have had several TIAs(mini strokes and 2 serious strokes. Drs tell me the next one will probably be fatal). I am alone and feel like you totally failed your promise and dont give a damn about me. I paid $99 and $49 for my order.(had to take from my heart meds) and you did not honor anything you said. Also the pads only work part of the time (beats nothing I guess). I will keep them if I ever get them. My heart hurts for being ignored once again..it really shows me I do not matter any more.

Both my dogs (8 month old puppy and 12 yo senior dog) avoided the pad. Now the pads are more like a floor mat at home and I can't request return. And they ignore my request to cancel subscription until I had to cancel my credit card.

I wanted to try this because we were getting new floors and my pup was using a pad about 80% of the time. I had high hopes for this but my pup would not use it. I tried for many weeks and he just ignored it. The supposed pheromones or whatever they say it is that attract the dogs is just a sales tactic. I put the old pads back down and he's back to using those about 80% of the time. When I tried to return they said I had to pay all the shipping so I got a 20% refund and kept the them and gave away them since my pup won't go near them. The recipient says her dogs use them sometimes but not like their ads promise at all. BE AWARE.

My little dogwill not use your pads . Even put one of her disposable ones on top of yours and she won’t use . Put her disposable one next to it and she uses the disposable every time . Ready for a return label to get a full refund as your add says . 3/17 2026

I received the most expensive route in purchasing these pads last night, 3/13/2026, around 6pm. I was so excited to put these pads down in one area in front of some French doors. I put two together, so all our puppy had to do was pee and poop on. Well... she did a huge pee on the floor right in front of the pads. She also did a poop in the same room as the pads. I'm so upset. I'm literally watching my dog pull up the mats and play with them and pull them around the room. While I was video the puppy playing with the pad. The puppy just now took a pee right next to the pad. These pads suck. Don't get them. I'm asking for my money back.
