Very cooperative

The communication I received from Customer Service persons was polite and kind which I greatly appreciate.

I have ordered a dozen or so books from PDIC. They have great moral lessons told in a kind and relatable way for young children. The illustrations are adorable. I recently needed to cancel my online subscription for the digital library as we aren’t using it anymore. While the website wouldn’t allow me to get to the appropriate page, a quick chat exchange took care of the problem.

Handled my membership issue very quickly and kindly! Very satisfied with the customer service.

I spoke with Tony C and he was extremely helpful and listened to me and took care of my problem. Customer service is wonderful at Puppy Dogs and Ice Cream.

The quick response with any questions has been great and have been pleased with problem solving.

I do like the book choices but sloped in the Extras that I didn’t realize. They were able to refund right away

While ordering books for my granddaughters I inadvertently signed up for their digital library. I sent a message, received a quick response and a quick refund. My granddaughters request that I read all the books whenever they are here. They love the stories!
