Time Saving
I appreciate the thumbnail view of photos with pertinent information saving me time having to click every option. Easy to contact breeders and see how long they’ve been members along with all of their listings. I used a dozen websites in my puppy search. Puppies.com was by far the most user friendly with so many criteria filtering options.

Great website to advertise on
Great website to advertise on, I only had trouble trying to log onto the account on my phone... and on my phone the website wouldn't let me use my keyboard... but it all works great on the computer!!

I think the only place that this…
I think the only place that this platform lacks is the with messaging sometimes I won’t see I’ve received a message for a couple of days other than that it’s easy to use to sell and to buy I absolutely love the fact that everyone’s checked to make sure they’re not a scammer before selling puppies on this venue

Very easy to use.
Very easy to use. I like that I can move the puppy pictures. The price of the account is fair. I can list multiple breeds with know problems. People can find my info without you blocking it and charging them a big fee. You also don't interfere with my breeding program.

Fake testimonials
I reported a fake testimonial and it took 4 days to take down. I lost 2 sales over it. I feel like if a comment or testimonial gets reported it gets taken off the profile till its reviewed. So it doesn't mess innocent people up. It's already hard enough being a breeder. I am satisfied that it did eventually get resolved and I got responses for all 3xs I reported very reassuring you do see each one. Just my suggestion on comments and testimonials is if they get reported they come off the profile till a review has been done and it will either stay off or go back on.

We do allow some time for the buyer to respond to a disputed testimonial, but the testimonial does show that it was reported and sellers have the option to post a reply so users can view both sides of the situation.
